Tyler quoted $250 over the phone for locating the waste pipes, septic tank, and drain field. Four technicians arrived and appeared disorganized and unsure of their approach. They attempted to locate the system using a soil probe and a sewer camera with a depth locator. The camera advanced less than 30 feet into my drain field before they claimed there was an obstruction. They marked that location on the ground with spray paint. I was then charged $300, despite the original quote. A few days later, I dug exactly where they marked and found nothing--no pipe, no box, no septic component. I excavated a large hole nearly two feet deep and confirmed their markings were incorrect. When I contacted Tyler, he offered excuses about equipment accuracy and scope of work, but did not offer to return or correct the mistake. Given that my septic system is functioning normally and was pumped just three months ago, I strongly question their diagnosis. Worse, they charged more than quoted despite failing to provide accurate results. My recommendation: find another plumbing contractor!

What started as a water heater replacement turned into a day-long remediation of nearly every single plumbing fixture. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure things would not leak, break, or fail. He advised measures to make sure this nightmare could be avoided in the future. He implemented those just to make life easier and updated. I helped research the replacement unit and obtained a dealer quote. After my home warranty claim was approved, Daniel told me I needed to mark the job complete so the warranty company would release payment. He said he could then purchase the vacuum or give me the money to purchase it myself. I trusted him and marked it complete. When I followed up, Daniel said he had stopped working with the warranty company because they owed him money. I explained that I was still willing to wait for payment so we could finish the job, or have him pass along the funds if he wasn't going to do the work. He agreed. The warranty company subsequently told me it had sent him a check on July 23. Nearly a month after that confirmation, I still had no replacement, no funds passed along, and no response. I understand that payment disputes happen. Asking a customer to certify unfinished work as complete and then leaving that customer without answers is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not hire Daniel again.

We paid 5,200 dollars. Something wasn't right and water was backing up in the sink now. The ground has been very dry for weeks and the water still won't drain properly. Rick never came by to see what went wrong and won't return any calls. This speaks volumes! He does NOT guarantee his work or the guy he sends out. If it's something he can't handle fixing then he will ignore you. This is the attitude of a back yard plumber not a professional. I will retract this review if Rick ever does decide to come and see what Josh did or didn't do that caused the problem of water backing up into our kitchen sink now. Tim came out and was wonderful. The sink we got was a fancy one with lots of options. It was a very entailed install. Some of the parts were missing (from Amazon) so Tim had to go get some missing pieces. He made it work and he did it without a complaint. I love it. It came out so nice. I dealt with Candy in the office to make the arrangements. She was wonderful as well. She communicated with me and went above and beyond to make them available around the counter install.
