Contacted my regular plumber (not Cox) and found out he was out of town on vacation. Finally called Cox after 5 pm. Was pleasantly surprised when he answered the phone. He had other jobs already scheduled but was able to come by on Sunday afternoon. (I had shut off everything I could think of so the leak had stopped. Was afraid it was the toilet by the kitchen.) He was able to arrive an hour earlier than he expected which was great. Long store short... he was able to diagnose the actual problem (wasn't the toilet) and the issue was resolved. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable. Nice guy and the cost was actually less than I expected for an emergency weekend plumbing call. He is the only one who responded, and he told me that most of the time it can't be made to buzz louder. He said he might be able to do something, but that would cost hundreds of dollars. I really appreciate his responding to me, and now I will be sure to contact him should I have any problems with any of my appliances. It is refreshing to find someone locally who genuinely cares about helping others. I believe he is the same one who came out a year or so ago, because his granddaughter accompanied him.
