Garbage can drawer won't close due to poor installation (as per the cabinet manufacturer) and he won't return a call or a text to fix it. The water in the newly installed shower needed work. He wouldn't return a call or text for that. We had to call the plumbers ourselves. This score is a result of the professional people he subs work out to. His work ends up looking amazing, but he's unwilling to stand by it.
