Horrible company to deal with. We rented RZR Turbo with trailer, 4 helmets and googles but in return we were given and old beat up RZR 1000 with flat front tire. Not only that, our drop off was between 9-10am, We reached there 9:30 after leaving a msg when we will arrive, the guy showed up @ 10:45am. Pick up and drop off was shady behind someone else's house and neighbors told us that they always gave their address for some reason. They was very unhappy with Mike and his crew too. Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. BAD PLACE AND SHADY DEALINGS. They will lie to you about your rental, say they don't take credit cards and want $2,500 cash deposits or Bitcoin. They made me come all the way down to straighten things out only to tell me the ONE I rented had damage so it couldn't be driven. This is in the 25th hour. They had no replacement. We called Mike wanting a jet ski rental on extremely short notice (immediately!). He gave us advice on the best place to get out on the water and delivered our jet ski within an hour! I don't know much about these fine vessels, but our rental was perfect for what we needed, seemed to be relatively new, was in good repair, and came with all the life jackets/pfds and gas our family would need. The jet ski was super easy to drive and a ton of fun - more than I expected, really! Service was way above and beyond: friendly, sincere, efficient, and Mike and his assistant were deeply appreciative of our business. They were committed to making sure we had a great time and they ABSOLUTELY delivered!! I can't recommend MC highly enough. I purchased two quad rentals, a delivery, and safety equipment from this company in 2020. My reservation was cancelled by the company the day before because of weather conditions that were unsafe to be in. Since then, I've been trying to contact them via phone call for the past year. If I got lucky, someone (usually Mike) picked up and assured me that my rental would be honored, and that I would be allowed to reschedule at my convenience. Otherwise, I'd left voicemails that have been ignored. Fast forward to November 2021, and after a few unanswered voicemails, someone finally picks up the phone and tells me that the original things I purchased are not available (like delivery), that I need to pay an upcharge for services that have changed since my purchase, and that I have until the end of the year to use this rental that I have to pay upcharges for. If I had known there was a deadline, I would have planned for that and used the rental well before Thanksgiving, Christmas and Winter.  I was also told I would not get my money back, even though I'd been in communication with Mike, who would assure me that my rental would be honored and rescheduled at my convenience. Clearly, that was all a lie, and this was a huge rip off and waste of time. Save your money and go to a company who won't take your money, give you false information and promises, then ignore your phone calls when you try to reach them. Seriously disappointed and I wish I went elsewhere with my business. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Be aware of this place. We rented a couple of Jet skies. The owner assured me that those jet skies will be admitted at Lake Perris. To my disappointment when we arrived at the lake they flagged them and we ended up wasting 2 hours to go to get in the water for just a couple of hours. To my surprise after returning the jet skis in a perfect condition. I was surprised that the owner charged me for bogus repairs! In conclusion, the owner is dishonest and I highly discourage everyone to stay away from this place for your own piece of mind! read more

Be aware, the owner of this business is running a racket! He is making his money when you return your rental(s) and charging you for any minor thing wrong, even for minor little scratches! Any scratch on even a fender calls for a new fender(s) plus labor, which can get into the thousands! There's even a cleaning fee for off road vehicles (yes, really)! read more

Beware!!! 1)They charged me extra to fix preexisting mechanical problems with a Jet ski rental. They don't perform proper routine maintenance on equipment; shown by warning light on the equipment gages prior to rental. 2) Equipment did not pass inspection at Lake Perris. 3) Address was incorrect on website. This place will gladly take your money with a smile. Say everything is okay in person. Then charged my credit card rental fee plus 50% to fixed the broken equipment they rented me. ****SCAM BEWARE**** Rented here for my daughter's 9th birthday to get our family of 5 out of the house in this pandemic. Sadly after driving the equipment 45 mins out to the trails that they directed us to, the equipment never worked. Her birthday surprise of a family adventure was ruined and instead of our family of 5 exploring and having fun together all day, we had to take turns on the one side by side that was operating. This caused us to cut our trip short and instead of a full day adventure, we had a couple of hours. I thought when we returned and the company saw and tested that the vehicle didn't work, that we would be refunded for the one vehicle and discounted for the other one. They tested that the vehicle didn't work in front of us and would refund for that one and have a manager discuss my concerns on the other one. Now two weeks have past and after multiple phone calls of trying to speak to a manager. They are saying they will refund nothing cause it is against policy. Say what now? I just spent almost 1k to disappoint my family with a couple hours of fun and a broken vehicle??? I don't have the words for what type of people these are or business this is, buti can not believe we were scammed like this. read more

My boyfriend and I came to Perris to visit family and we decided we were going to rent a RZR and we know we were last minute but we called MC Rentals and Mike had agreed to bringing it to us after hours but when we called back to check up and to give our card information the lady who answered the phone said they couldn't bring it to us after hours and she doesn't know why Mike would say that so she said she would talk to him to make sure and give us a call back. We waited and waited for the call back and didn't receive any call. So my boyfriend decided to call again once he did no one answered and it went straight to voicemail so we thought maybe they're busy we'll try again in a bit. We waited again still no call.. so we tried calling again but this time we realized his number got blocked. So we call from my phone and left a voicemail. We gave up so today we decided we should call back since it was still early and maybe they would be able to today. We call back from my phone and again our number blocked. This place is obviously really unprofessional. Not sure why they would have a problem with renting to us. And also not sure why they weren't able to just say no we can't today and we would've rented for another day that could've worked for us and them. To block people's numbers who are just trying to rent a RZR and have fun while visiting Perris is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

Super easy going and they're right on the doc which is great because we usually have to haul them. They made everything so easy going which made my family & I have a blast! Rented 2 sea doo sparks from Mike for my wifes birthday and customer service was great!! Mike was there on time with both skis full of gas and ready to go!! His prices are pretty reasonable aswell. Some bigger ski's would definitely be awesome to ride with a passenger but overall for the most part we still had a blast! Definitely looking forward to getting more rentals from Mike in the future!!! read more
