Even paper ski masks to help keep out the dust! That was a very nice and unexpected touch. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews about getting the waivers done. But it's not hard. I've worked in IT help desks for years so I know some people are just not good with a computer. That's fine. Just read the instructions carefully and you'll get thru. Or just get help from a teenager. :-) To get to this location they give you very good directions. If you follow them you'll have no issues. It's actually very easy! But GPS is not great for the less traveled roads in the mountains going to a place that doesn't really have a street address. We will be going back soon! Hopefully for 2 hours next time!

The first red flag was that the company did not provide a phone number, making it difficult to get help or clarification when we needed it. We followed their directions exactly and arrived 30 minutes early. We parked in the designated lot as instructed by the person at the gate, but our guide never came to meet us. We eventually had to drive into the park ourselves and locate the guide, who was parked on the side of the road. There was no clear signage identifying the company or where customers were supposed to check in. Once we finally found the guide, the intake process took approximately 40 minutes. After all of that, we paid approximately $700 for a ride that lasted only about 20 minutes. We were also promised pictures from the experience, but no pictures were ever provided. Lucky I took my own before riding. What made the experience even worse was the customer service afterward. Rather than taking responsibility for the poor communication, unclear instructions, lack of signage, and failure to provide what was promised, the company provided little to no accountability. For the amount of money we spent, this was absolutely not the experience we expected. Poor communication, poor organization, inadequate customer service, and failure to deliver what was promised. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company and would strongly encourage others to consider other ATV companies before booking.

I don't know much about these fine vessels, but our rental was perfect for what we needed, seemed to be relatively new, was in good repair, and came with all the life jackets/pfds and gas our family would need. The jet ski was super easy to drive and a ton of fun - more than I expected, really! Service was way above and beyond: friendly, sincere, efficient, and Mike and his assistant were deeply appreciative of our business. They were committed to making sure we had a great time and they ABSOLUTELY delivered!! I can't recommend MC highly enough. If you're looking for professional fun-creators, this is where to go.

Here's a list of things that were wrong:- - Left side trailer tail light not working. - Bent trailer & hitch - Front Right Flat RZR tire - Back left bald & plugged tire. - Ordered & paid for RZR Turbo but got RZR 1000. - Check engine light on all the time. - Unsafe for dunes or anywhere, got stuck on small dune, no power. - Was delivered dirty. - Left trailer low tire pressure. - Loose cables, wiring, trim. - Insufficient strength ties down for RZR. - Dirty helmets, broken & cracked goggles. They ultimately got back to me with "an invoice" of $1,021.67 a month and a half later. There was nowhere near that amount of damage. They are a ripoff! I would not recommend renting from them. The SXS was amazing and had every feature you could want and was in excellent condition for a rental! You would honestly never know it was a rental, it was taken care of like it was their own, well because it is! This husband and wife team put their heart and soul as well as their blood, sweat and own funds into this effort so the renter has an awesome experience! They really do give you that little bit extra that others do not even come close to offering. From the trailer that is part of the rental, to the helmets and goggles that are available if needed. You get a safe, well maintained SXS that is very capable and will not leave you stranded as long as you treat it right and know what you are doing. It has an amazing stereo system, full light set up, cooler, basically if you think you might want it during your adventure, it has it! Mayra and David are just the nicest people and when we brought Wolverine back and discovered it had a run in with a rock on the side mirror, they worked it out in a way that was acceptable to all parties. It was really the best experience we had during our 3 months in CA and we look forward to renting from them again in February hopefully!

They were able to explain step by step how to load and work each of the atv's. They provided us with the trailer to go with it no charge. They also had helmets and goggles if we needed. Let us try on the helmets that best fits us. The Atv's worked great but unfortunately we did end up damaging one of the atv's. We let them know right away the situation and they were very understanding and were just concerned that no one was hurt. They were very helpful. Had such a great experience with them. Would definitely recommend trying them out.
