The dust was located on baseboards, lighting fixtures, flooring, kitchen countertops, and also in my kitchen cabinet interiors. With our new bundle of joy on the way we wanted to make sure that we hired a professional cleaning service that not only specialized in post-construction cleanings but also used chemical free products. After having a phone consult with Patrick we decided to move forward and book their services. Patrick explained all details of their post-construction package which put our minds at ease, he was also very knowledgeable and patient with all questions that we had. Our project lasted for six days at eight hours per day which seemed long but it was well worth it. He also used commercial air purifiers and Hep-a vacuums which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with Elite Supreme Cleaning was flawless, pricing was more at a premium rate compared to others, but it matched the quality of service that Patrick and his crew delivered. Thank you again!

My main concerns were tile and grout issues, built up soap scum and mold located all through out my bathroom. Patrick and the team arrived on time with all materials and equipment ready to go. It took the crew about three hours to complete my bathroom which was expected, a complete difference! The tiles were back to shiny, mold and soap scum were completely gone. This is the detailed cleaning that i truly needed. Big thanks to Patrick and the crew for their hard work and for not being judge-mental about the condition of my unit. 5/5 - great experience.

My vacuum is cordless and has a digital screen that tells me how much time is left on the charge, so I could also tell that she used the vacuum for only about 10 minutes. Customer service acknowledged this and apologized, they offered to have someone come back for a "touch up" but I would not trust anyone from that company to enter my home again. They did not offer any refund. I demanded a refund of the $30 cash tip I left the cleaner, which they did provide. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.

There was fine dust and residue everywhere, including inside cabinets and closets, along the floors and baseboards, around windows, and throughout the kitchen and bathroom. The whole process could not have gone more smoothly. Everything was very well organized from the beginning, and the cleaner actually arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was a great start. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly detailed with the cleaning. You could tell he wasn't just rushing through the apartment -- he really took the time to make sure everything was properly cleaned. By the time he finished, the apartment looked amazing. The renovation dust was gone, everything felt fresh and spotless, and we were able to walk into a space that genuinely felt ready for us to move into. There wasn't anything we were unhappy with or felt needed to be redone. It was such a seamless and stress-free experience, especially after dealing with all the work involved in a renovation. Great communication, punctual service, excellent attention to detail, and most importantly, excellent results. I would absolutely book them again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a deep cleaning or post-renovation cleaning.

The kitchen gleams. Everything is just clean! Lana does deep cleaning so well that even with a basic maid service everything looks great. Highly recommend (LANA!!), especially if there is one room that needs a lot of attention.

Their quote stated how they bring all their own equipment but they showed up to clean a 1,300 square foot apartment with a little hand vacuum, did not mop any floor, did not clean the toilets or showers, and did not clean inside the refrigerator (which I spent extra for). Pictures attached. They were at my apartment for over five hours and were very unorganized, running out of time. My bedroom floors are now severely scratched and I am the idiot who did not get a COI before allowing them to enter my home. Why they even decided to move the bed around I do not know. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. However, they eventually responded to all my calls and emails and refunded me the $600. Be careful.

I appreciate the "in route" texts I get from this service when they are on their way to my house. We have three cats and one large dog, so pet hair is a really big challenge. It also doesn't hurt that Laura is a warm, caring, animal-loving human being. I have cleaned for hours and for some reason, it just never looks as clean as the job they do. They have also cleaned our oven and fridge in the past, and the results were beautiful. You won't find a more hard-working team. I've recommended them to all my family and friends.
