The pizza crust tastes like salted crackers, hardly no sauce the two slices I ate was enough the rest went in the trash, the service was good but i called & asked if they had any special I was told no but I get my pizza and guess what they had special/deals on the box, the ambience dark stale and to be honest just go ahead and close the doors permanently by June 2026, the pizza aren't good anymore and they could have cooked the pizza a little longer read more

The service here was great but the pizza is just okay and the salad bar is nothing spectacular. I thought it was strange that they had Nilla wafers as a topping in the salad bar. I feel like I've had fresher pizzas whose crusts were crispier. read more

we got there at 7 ish and left at 9. it does not take almost an hour to make a pizza we order wings and got little popcorn chicken. the pizza was so greasy and got me sick. the only nice people were the lady who did our order and the guy we complained to about our chicken wings the rest of the workers had a horrible attitud. read more

Whoever I spoke with on the phone was rude and short with me, and spoke in a condescending manner. My order also took over an hour, which I would've been fine with if they hadn't told me it would take 30 minutes. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience was not good. The service was beyond slow, the pizza was not great, they messed up the ticket and took 10 minuets to check out. We ordered 4 pizzas and it was as if they had to cook them one at a time--10 minutes at least between delivery of each one to the table. We had to find someone to seat us when we arrived 1:25 p.m. My husband and daughter decided to choose the buffet, as they were filling their plate the unfriendly person that did seat us told them: the buffet is closed (it closes a 1:30). Although there was plenty of food on the buffet. This would have been well received hadd there been any politeness involved but, this girl was a real troll. The food did taste okay,(sweet sauce vs. savory on the pizza) they get one star for service and atmosphere. Buffet is usually empty, or hour-old product out. Prices are inconsistent- or wrung up incorrectly- may be charged $25 once, $20 the next for an identical meal - with no reasonable explanation as to why. Manager there of late seems to be trying to improve it. Here's hoping so. read more

Ordered pizza for delivery, had to repeat my address three times, and the poor delivery guy got lost because the girl that heard my address three times STILL got it WRONG. Also, I ordered hand-tossed crust and my pizza came burned and on thin crust. Very disappointing. read more

My family is in town for a funeral. We had a family gathering and needed to get dinner. I wanted a local pizza place, so we chose Mazzio's instead of a chain. I called to place a to-go order and was told the wait would be between 30-40 minutes. I ordered 1 gluten free pizza and 3 large pizzas. The total was over $50. I showed up to pick up my order 47 minutes after placing my order. First the hostess couldn't find my order for several minutes. When she finally did find it, she went to the back to check on it and we heard a manager yell that we needed to be patient because it hadn't been the promised time. I showed her my phone's call log to prove it was well past the time promised. Well, a full 25 minutes later (over an hour after our order), the manager finally brought our order and I thought it might be wrong because the pizzas were so small. It was obvious no one wanted to serve us, the staff were rude, the food was expensive, and the wait was crazy long. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the pizza itself was delicious. The food was decent, but the waitress was very ditzy. I ordered a water. She brought me pink lemonade, and just said "oops!" and giggled. Also, I ordered chicken alfredo. I watched her walk out from the kitchen, circle the restaurant and then place my food in front of a man who had just entered the restaurant. She said, "oops!", picked it up and came and placed it in front of me. From across the restaurant, I asked the guy if he's been sick or had the flu since it's flu season. What a shame, this used o be one of the best Pizza places in town. Noon buffet was always crowded . Now it is not fit to eat, pizza under cooked ,dough was more like uncooked bread, older pizza not changed or replaced with a fresh one . Tried to phone order to give another chance employ was not trained to take orders over phone or operate system and I got aggravated when she kept asking for help on "what do I do now" and could not get order right so I canceled order. I will truly miss the old Mazzio's but don't think I will ever go back. read more
