Despite this, I was instructed to complete another set. During that final set, I injured my back badly enough that I could not walk afterward. At no point was the exercise stopped, reduced, or modified when I reported pain. I still can't squat, my back isn't fully recovered. Afterward, communication was disappointing. When my husband and I later explained that we needed to pause training due to finances, we received no response. Regardless of certification or experience level, a trainer should prioritize client safety, listen when pain is reported, and communicate professionally. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Update: After posting this review, the trainer contacted me and offered me money to take my review down. Since he can't contact me he reached out to my husband regarding my review. I am adding this update for transparency.

She was attentive and understanding with my initial concerns, but her sweet demeanor and confidence she displayed reassured me as she talked me through everything. I felt comfortable dropping them off and since then our family has been coming pretty consistently M-F since April, and now, they can't get rid of us! Other girls I can think off the top of my head that are also just so sweet with my kids are Amber, Alexis, Samantha, Christina, and I'm sure there's more. Kylah does not receive enough credit or recognition for her hard work. Her ability to manage the needs of multiple children while still giving individual attention is truly impressive. She treats them as her own. She listens to me and what I might want for my kids that day, she does her absolute best. I trust her and I appreciate how patient and attentive she is with children, no matter the situation.
