I was a little overwhelmed because I was still having an out of body experience even being a bride. That is where Daisy comes in. She IMMEDIATELY helped me clock exactly what I wanted in the simplest terms: she said "face and waist". Mind you, I'm a type C type of bride-- so I'm the type to like EVERYTHING I try on lol. But, I loved her first pick for me, she gave me everything I wanted and more. Even my best friend wanted to try on gowns with me that is how good Daisy is at her job. Honestly, I cannot recommend this place enough-- they will work with your budget and shop with your wallet in mind. Also, with this place being in DTLA, there is parking in the back, so you do not have to try to find street parking. TL;DR: if you are shopping for your dress and want someone to read your mind or even translate your dress dreams into reality, go to Daisy. She knew everything I wanted and THEN some. She even had me trying things out of my comfort zone that I loved. 10/10 would recommend.

I had heard wonderful things about LuvBridal and was genuinely excited to purchase my future wedding dress from them. Unfortunately, there was a significant miscommunication regarding my dress. My receipt did not indicate a dress size, nor did it state that the dress would be an off-the-rack purchase. My understanding was that the dress was going to be ordered, especially because my measurements were taken during my appointment. What was even more disappointing was the lack of proactive communication. I was told that the store manager would contact me within a specific timeframe, but I never received that follow-up. Because of my work schedule and because I wanted to understand what was happening sooner rather than later, I asked for a response to be emailed or texted for a sooner response due to work availability. LuvBridal does have text communication. Throughout the process, I consistently felt like I was the one trying to get answers and figure out what the next steps would be. It is very unfortunate to feel that there was not a proactive plan in place to communicate with me about such an important purchase, especially with my wedding approaching. I also found it upsetting to be asked whether I had gained weight between the time I tried on the dress and when I learned that the incorrect dress/size was being attempted to be provided to me. That was a particularly disappointing part of an already stressful situation. My biggest advice to future brides who visit LuvBridal is: be extremely specific about what you are purchasing and make sure ALL notes and details match on both ends. If there are notes, agreements, measurements, sizing information, or details about whether the dress is being ordered or purchased off the rack, make sure those details are clearly written on your copy of the receipt/order paperwork as well. Their notes were never provided on my end. In the note section, it was left completely blank, and no size was provided. I truly wish this experience had gone differently. I was so excited to find my wedding dress and had heard such wonderful things about LuvBridal. Unfortunately, the communication and handling of this situation left me feeling extremely disappointed during what should have been one of the most exciting parts of wedding planning.

This shop has so much to see to warning because you might get overwhelmed but even if you're not the bride say your the mother of a bride, a bridesmaid, or shopping for formal event like prom- You're in luck because you might just find what you're looking for here within your budget! I only needed a veil because I had already purchased my wedding dress else where but they had a lovely selection of quality veils to choose from and just under my budget! He was very informative and relaxed. I also really appreciated how he clipped the long dresses so I could really envious what it would look like short. I not only found my dress, I cried in it! It was more than I could imagine and was perfect. I felt like I was in such a safe space to let myself feel all the emotions going through me. This store really has incredible designs for any bride. I highly recommend coming here for your wedding dress!

I visited Royal Accessories with my family looking for bridal accessories. When we arrived, there…read morewere two employees helping customers, one Asian woman and one Latina woman. Since the Asian employee was busy, the Latina employee initially helped us. However, when two other customers walked in, the Latina employee stopped assisting us and focused on them instead. We were left waiting without anyone acknowledging us or checking if we needed help. It felt like the other customers were receiving much better service. I had already tried on a couple of hair pieces and didn't want to remove them myself because I was afraid of damaging them, so I waited for someone to assist me. Once the Asian employee finished with her customer, I asked for help. She was kind, patient, and helped me choose a hair piece. I had also planned to purchase earrings, but after the experience, I decided not to. I ended up purchasing only the hair piece. While the quality was nice, I personally found the items to be overpriced. A funny part of the experience was that the customers the Latina employee left us for didn't end up buying anything, despite her providing them with much better customer service than she provided us. I don't know why our experience was so different, but it honestly made me wonder if she had judged us based on appearances because we weren't given the same level of attention or courtesy. If you're shopping with a budget under $100, this may not be the right place for you, and it could save you time to shop elsewhere. Unfortunately, the lack of acknowledgment and inconsistent customer service left a bad impression. Because of that, I don't plan on returning.

Horrible experience from the moment I walked in…read more My mom and I walked in smiling, excited for my bridal appointment. Instead of being welcomed, the front desk staff laughed, and one of them asked, "What are you doing here?" I replied, "I have an appointment," and they all laughed again. Looking back, I should have walked out then, but I decided to give them a chance. I was told I had to wait because no one was available to help me, even though there were four staff members standing at the front. I was told to look through the racks for dresses while I waited. Since it was my first time shopping for a wedding dress, I didn't know the process. Later, I noticed signs everywhere saying not to walk through the aisles, so my mom and I stood to the side and waited. After about 20 minutes, someone finally came to help us. She immediately asked which dresses I wanted to try on. I explained that I had no idea because this was my first bridal appointment and I was hoping for some guidance. She seemed visibly annoyed. She pulled a few dresses, and one of them was absolutely beautiful--I genuinely loved it. However, the overall attitude made me uncomfortable. At one point, she told me the dress was around $5,000 and then asked, "Can you afford it?" I replied, "Yes, I can." After that, I noticed other staff members gathering around and suddenly walking by to compliment how beautiful the dress looked on me. It felt very insincere. Even though I loved the dress, I decided not to purchase it. Buying a wedding dress is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I didn't feel confident moving forward with a boutique where I felt unwelcome and judged. I politely ended my appointment and left. As I was walking out, I heard one of the employees say, "I told you they weren't going to buy it." That confirmed I had made the right decision. Thankfully, I found my dream dress at a wonderful bridal boutique in Costa Mesa, where I was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine excitement. The difference in customer service was night and day. Every bride deserves to feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

We went searching for her dress…read more11/2025 as she was so excited and since life passes by so quickly she wanted to ensure that the dress was locked in. We went to about 5 different dress shops and the last few were in LA . We had went to the Bridal Expo in Costa Mesa CA and my daughter won $500 off a dress at Lucky Brides. We decided to check it out. Now originally we had an appt for the Westminster location which never opened so the day we went to LA my daughter called the shop and they happened to be opened and said we could go in. We get there and it was such a cute spot. My daughter was set on a mermaid style dress and that didn't really seem to be working for her so one of the dress employees ( can't remember their names but no longer work there) suggested my daughter to try on different dresses. My daughter did an fell in love with a sweetheart dress. The cost was $2500.00 minus the $500. My daughter had tried on this gorgeous veil as they put the whole dress together to give the vision. Oh the dress had 1 pocket which I thought was strange but super cool too. So my daughter said "I love it and YES to this dress!" When I went to pay a $1000.00 deposit ( I paid the remaining amount month later) they said the veil was not included and asked the owner Angel ( called her on the phone) she said she would through it in. I thought WOW so sweet. No mind you alterations were included. Now I am gonna sum this up cause this is alot and I don't want to bore you all. So the dress was in production and after speaking to Angel on the phone she had said that fitting would be a month prior to the wedding. She did say if my daughter lost alot of weight ( which she did) that another measurement appt would be needed sooner. My daughter called/text Angel and informed her of this and she said to just come the month before. So during this 1 month before my daughter was scammed on her hall and we were frantically looking for another which we found but you can imagine the stress this had put on my daughter. So we go to her fitting beginning of Sept. My daughter put the dress on and i noticed something was different. The dress was not a sweetheart but a tube ste top part of the dress. I said to Angel "This isn't her dress!" Angel said that is was and I said "No it isn't " so I showed her the pics. My daughter ended up liking this style better so it worked out but the fact that it was wrong annoyed me. Moving on..Angel said my daughter lost alot of weight and that she should have came in sooner and that they will do their best to have it ready in a week , well it wasn't ready in a week it was now 2 weeks before her wedding when we went back. My daughter's dress had 3 silver hooks for the bussel and I asked why and Angel's reposnse was that it was too heavy and the hooks needed to be stronger. My daughter also said "Mom it has 2 pockets now." I asked Angel if they added pockets and she said " It always had 2 pockets!" I was like "UMM NO IT DIDN'T " At this point we just took the dress because like hello my daughter has been through so much and now to have to wait again for it to be fixed and Angel saying " Alterations are free " Like Angel no they aren't I paid for it in the dress cost. So we ended up taking the dress to seamstress who was able to put white hooks on and the seamstress noticed there was nothing to hook the bussel to as there were no hooks/thread so she also had to add that. My daughter's dress was beautiful but it was unfair what we went through. Angel was obviously very nice BUT I feel it was for show because you kinda need to be when you had screwed up the dress along the way. Anyway my daughter was absolutely gorgeous. I attached photos of the first dress the sweetheart and then the one she said was the original. I am not posting the end result as they credit is not due to Lucky Brides.

There is metered parking right in front of the building as well. There was only one other appointment happening during mine and we were spread out so it didn't distract from my appointment. My stylist was Alexa and she was amazing! Unfortunately, some of the dresses I wanted to try on wasn't available at the store, but Alexa pulled some similar styles. She was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. The appointment lasted one hour. Remember to ask your stylist to measure you! I was going to get measured, but decided to retry on a dress and totally forgot. The dresses are very good quality at an affordable price! I am so glad there is a showroom and feel much better about ordering my dress online now!

Our trip started off rough with a terrible experience at another shop nearby, leaving us with over an hour to kill before our scheduled appointment at Anita's Bridal just a block away. We decided to walk in early to see if they had any open slots. Walking in, we were instantly greeted with cool air and a welcoming atmosphere. I met Mary at the counter, explained my situation, and asked if there was any chance I could get in early. She kindly walked me over to the plus-size section, so I could browse while she checked their schedule for the day. 10 minutes later, Mary came back with the best news: she could fit me in! Hallelujah! From that moment on, Mary was a total lifesaver. I showed her a gown on a mannequin that wasn't available in plus-size yet, and she immediately pulled an amazing ballgown alternative that I loved just as much. Mary was the first stylist who truly knew how to properly clip and fit me into a sample dress that wasn't my exact size. Honey, let me tell you--she laced me into that corset dress, and for the first time, I could actually envision how I'd look on my wedding day. She laughed with us, joked around, and her coworkers completely put me at ease after my previous bad experience. While that first corset dress was a frontrunner, the last dress I tried on stole my heart. I couldn't picture myself in anything else. And just like that...I found MY DRESS! Huge thank you to Mary and the whole team at Anita's Bridal for turning my day around and making the entire appointment so special!

This place is cold hearted and not willing to help a bride who is 2 weeks away from her wedding. They're nice before you purchase but once you purchase and ask for them to help you resolve a misunderstanding, they turn their shoulder on you. I bought an item that was a "special order". The item was nice but the colors were not what I expected. I wanted the item all white and it was a mixture of white and ivory. Ladies we all know that when it comes to the color scheme of a wedding it is very important for everything to go accordingly. Please ladies do not order or buy things from here unless you are absolutely sure and the employees are clear of what you want because they will not return/exchange the item even if it is a misunderstanding. The only option they gave me was to leave the item with them (I'm thinking so they can resell it) and repurchase another item from them at full price that is all white, which is what I originally had wanted but did not get because of a misunderstanding. Now I have to stay with this item that is no use for me and spend more money on an all white item to match my wedding dress! read more

This place has a big selection of stuff, but its really cheap. I don't appreciate when the sales people call out a huge number and act like they're doing me a favor by lowering the price by half and making it "seem" like I got a great deal if I "make a purchase today." It is not honest business, but purely manipulation. None of their jewelry is Cubic Zirconia and all Swarovski which explains why their jewelry is considered cheaper. This review isn't meant to defame the business but an honest assessment of how this business runs so that people who are actually looking for quality don't waste their time. Their prices are fit for their quality which is very very very low in my opinion. Their veils are made with very cheap lace and and with very little stitching. They are all copied from expensive designers so I also don't understand why you can't take photos when they're stealing work to begin with in the first place. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was THE place. They literally had everything I was looking for. One of ht helpful sales representatives helped me and she did not disappoint. She helped me find a tiara, veil, jewelry (for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother), guestbook, bouquet, photo album, and pretty much everything I was looking for within the budget I was looking for. They really help narrow it down for you by asking questions just because they have such a huge variation of styles, so I appreciated that because it helped save me time. They really take care of their customers and make sure they find exactly what they are looking for. I have recommended Mazdo's Bridal to all of my friends who are planning their wedding!! I was recommended here by a friend and this place did not disappoint! The sales team was super helpful and really knew their products and the latest bridal trends. The store has sooooo many options that they had to narrow it down for me with price, style, and what went best with my dress. Their veil collection is unreal. I ended up getting one with a blush and pearl trim, a matching tiara, and accessories for my bridal party (jewelry, sashes, and little headpieces). If you're looking for the perfect accessories that will complement your dress - go to Mazdos' Bridal and thank me later!!!! LOVE Mazdo's Bridal. From the moment you walk in you are in awe of their selection of tiaras and veils. They literally have every style imaginable at a fraction of the cost of other stores. The sales rep are all very kind and help you narrow down what you are looking for based on your budget and style which I found very helpful given their huge selection. I could easily say that is the only store in the fashion district area with the largest variety on wedding accesories I purchased my wedding jewelry there. Being a more curvy midsize shape and literally being told that I could not fit into many of the dresses that I liked at other bridal shops made me very weary to go dress shopping again. Then I happened ti walk by Saint Alexis purely off of good vibes I felt. Let me tell you!!! They had exactly what I had imagined in my mind AND the dresses all zipped up and fit me enough to truly see how I felt in them. Karla made me feel so cared for, beautiful, and special. I ended up coming back a couple of hours later to show my friends and she accommodated me to try on my 2 favs again. Girls! The way I sobbed when I put on THE dress. I've never felt so beautiful in my life. The next day, I talked to Sujey about an issue with my card for the deposit and she was so kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and even said she heard about my appointment. I highly recommend this place for their service, pricing, and overall experience!

The dress shop is where I bought my dress on sample sale, and they also altered it. The ladies there are so caring, kind, and real - not trying to scam you / sell you, but make sure you look great and feel comfortable. I had some bad experiences at other stores where there was fitting fees, they would say everything looked great (even though it wasn't true), but I felt here, I was really comfortable, and supported. Overall, I was so happy with the dress itself, experience with the team, and the alterations and would definitely recommend beautiful day! Thank you so much!

As a woman of my years I know what would look good on my body and I don't need a consultation. I simply wanted a wedding dress shop that I could go in and look at my options. Why would I pay a "cover charge" to enter a retail store. I will take my business to a business that wants to make a sale without making the buyer go through unnecessary hoops. There are so many other wedding shops which allow the person to enter and look for gowns. Buh Bye!

But this ain't Mon Amie. This is her warehouse, which doubles as a tiny sample sale showroom, where you can buy stuff for as cheap as 1/5 of retail. Gorgeous stuff, ladies, trust me!!! I've heard horror stories of brides being pressured into buying a wedding dress the day they try it on, so I deeply appreciated the pressure-free experience I had at Lorien.
