When Doug left, this office literally went to hell! In 2008, I was t boned in a bad accident, it was the other drivers fault. Not happy with this I called 2 other companies to find out, the non existent accident, the accident that never happened was on my record! Excuse me??? Wtf?? Finally had enough of Bob Kerns and Amfam with the ridiculous bullshit, with this mess, ordered them to take care of this at once, of course, no response! Ok, Kerns, listen up!
