Some employees take control and some employees collect a paycheck. Not everyone is gonna work at HD the rest of their lives and that is OK. Devon, Danny and Vick might not be there 4ever either. He did, but when we got home the blind was uneven and damaged, completely unusable. The next day we went back to return it. At the return desk, after explaining what happened, the associate had the nerve to tell me that once a blind is cut it cannot be returned--as if we had done something wrong, when it was Home Depot's own employee who cut it incorrectly and damaged it. She then said they "usually don't refund cut blinds" but that they would do it "this one time for me." That attitude was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should not be blamed for a mistake made by Home Depot staff. Shame on you!
