I'm no expert but their product has all the characteristics of green unseasoned wood, which doesn't burn. After chasing the company for a month to make me whole, they refuse to deliver and replace the defective product with a seasoned quality cord of wood that I paid for. I tried mixing 1 defective log with good logs and the bad log was always left hissing and smoking. This was very difficult for me because I'm 100% disabled. Use caution and beware of this company and their merchandise.

They do not provide a definite delivery date so that was a bit concerning. For an extra charge, you can have the wood stacked for you. I opted to have the wood dumped abd we stacked it ourselves. The delivery should be confirmed the night before is the only complaint I have. As I received a text in the morning requesting the driveway be clear for delivery.
