I'm no expert but their product has all the characteristics of green unseasoned wood, which doesn't burn. After chasing the company for a month to make me whole, they refuse to deliver and replace the defective product with a seasoned quality cord of wood that I paid for. I tried mixing 1 defective log with good logs and the bad log was always left hissing and smoking. This was very difficult for me because I'm 100% disabled.
