I can now see why how they treat their people and customers. 7/28 the owner hang up me when inquiring about my UTV. They don't care honor or care about appointments. There is no official system to track work, issues or appointments. High turn over rate. Stay clear if you want good service. 1 mechanic that works on Cars, boats, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, or UTV's. No one specialized in one type of vehicle. They misdiagnosed mine. Didn't even test drive it, told me it was ready took a day off work to pick it up to find out its still broke. Normal shops would continue to work on your unit they already stated was ready and in the work queue, not this shop. We will get to it when we can. My appt was on June 23rd. Didn't look at it till the July 2nd then again on the 14th only after me calling and bugging them. Told me it was ready on 15th. Went to pick it up on 18th noticed it was broken still. They did not test drive or fix it. Had both owners test drive it and they admitted it was still defective. As of 8/1 they still haven't diagnosed it or looked into it. Obviously the problem starts at the top with the owners and lack of leadership and professionalism. They keep taking in vehicles knowing they are a mechanic down and letting them pile up rather than fixing what they have. Avoid this place at all cost! Waste of time and money, nothing but headaches. Don't leave an honest and bad review the owner will stalk you, call you an fu*kin Karen and cuss you out right in the show room. Owner and 2 staff members cussed me out there. As I stated poor management/ leadership. He threatened to keep my UTV. Forced me to pay for repairs I did not authorize or they would keep my unit then threatened to call the cops im trespassing whe they still had my UTV they were bringing up front. Stated im not leaving till I have my keys. Found out 4 others took their equipment to another dealer because of the service. Should have read the other comments before taking my UTV there.

Josh originally diagnosed my radiator having a hole, and that my oil pressure switch needed replaced, and power steering fluid out. I immediately purchased the radiator, dealer said he'd get the oil switch. Later when dealer sent Josh to my residence to get my vehicle up and running, Josh verified my battery needed replaced. Came back the next day and replaced the battery and oil switch. Showed me a valve cover gasket and said he'd be coming the next day to install it. He never showed back up the next day. no communication what so ever. I reached back out 4-5 days later asking if he was still planning to come back. He asked if my vehicle was still leaking fluids. I told him I have not driven the vehicle until I know it's safe to drive. The dealer stated he gave Josh $400 to get my vehicle up and running, checked with Josh to see what was done, got back to me and said that the valve cover gasket had been replaced. I still had issues of a bad radiator and losing my power steering fluid. I asked Josh if I could arrange for these to be taken care of. He wanted me to pay for a third diagnosis, which I agreed but first wanted to confirm this said repair of the valve cover gasket install was completed as stated, his reply "we will no longer be coming to work on your vehicle". $400 Josh got to only replace a $100 battery and a ~$15 oil pressure sensor. A radiator and power steering issues would be more important than a valve cover gasket if priority was getting the vehicle operable. So I got another inspection, the valve cover gasket was not replaced, the radiator definitely needed replaced, and the power steering leak that Josh said was just the reservoir tank was actually a cracked rack and pinion. They later doubled back and said that the valve cover was actually only re torqued, but inspection showed that the valve cover was not touched at all. This was very unprofessional and left me and my baby and daughters without transportation, and cost him and his associated dealership future money from me. Beware!

They gave us more for our trade than any of the other dealers we had visited on the same street (might I suggest staying FAR away from a certain nearby Chevy dealer), and it wasn't even a haggle. It was quick and easy and I didn't get ripped off. I didn't even have to FIGHT to not get ripped off. Imagine that! Our salesman, finance guy and the woman who helped us set up the truck with Onstar service were all just wonderful. I will say I really thought that having a dedicated person to go over the vehicle with you and help you deal with the annoying account setups and such is a GREAT touch of service. Now I haven't experienced the service department yet, and admittedly that is where a lot of dealers lose the repeat customer. We traded in a Toyota and their service department is the sole reason we swore to never step foot in a Toyota dealer ANYWHERE again. It was that bad. I don't expect anything but great service here though based on my experience so far. Bottom line... we feel like we lucked out by coming here and getting the service we received. The same day we purchased the car, I got home and saw that they were running a "sales tax paid" promotion on ALL used cars. I called to ask why we didn't receive that promotion and was told our sales tax would only be 3.5%--roughly $315. I was also told the cost to repair a part on the car would be around $500. Based on that information, we moved forward. Unfortunately, we later discovered that what we were told about the vehicle qualifying for the lower sales-tax rate was not true. We are now out substantially more money than what we were told we would be paying. I called and spoke with Rodney on Wednesday. He told me, "We'll make it right. I'll call you tomorrow." He never called. I called Friday morning and asked for Rodney. I gave my name and was put on hold for 14 minutes, only for the call to eventually disconnect. I called back and spoke with Joey, who said Rodney had just gone to lunch and would call me as soon as he returned. Five hours later, there was still no call. I called back using a different name, and suddenly Rodney answered immediately. When I explained the situation and what we had been promised, his response was essentially, "We can agree to disagree." He then said, "It's all under camera in the finance office." I explained that the conversation about what we were being promised happened in his office, where he and Joey/Jody had us agree to and sign the paperwork and credit approval. Rodney then admitted they apparently don't have a camera in that office. What makes this especially disappointing is that Rodney came across as extremely Godly and trustworthy during the two hours we spent with him while purchasing the vehicle. Unfortunately, our experience afterward did not match that impression.
