I tried and tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves but it seems like I wanted that more than they did. I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I rarely leave reviews but when people are looking to purchase something that is so costly steer clear. I am not local to the area , I found an RV that I wanted more information on and reached out via email. They reached out first thing the next day and we were ready to move forward. I had been in very close contact all day with our sales agent and went as far as submitting a credit app to have them run our credit. It wasn't until after our credit was ran that we got a call saying "oh sorry the camper just sold to someone else"...... 1. Why did you run our credit if someone else already had a credit app in for the same unit 2.Why weren't we informed before taking a ding to our credit that we had no shot. It felt like since we were not there in person we were pushed to the side and completely screwed over. I got a call a few days later from the manager saying how sorry they were, they weren't sure how this happened and they were going to make it right. I wasn't sure how seeing as how the camper we wanted now belonged to someone else but was willing to see what came of it. We continued our search for a different camper and thought we had found one about a month late. I reach out to the sales agent as well as the manager asking how they were going to be able to "make it right" I simply asked what that looked like, through our a few options, to see if I was on the right track or way off base. I would get vague responses and eventually none at all. Once again since I was not there in their face I was pushed to the side and not cared about. Unfortunately good customer service is incredibly hard to come by and from my experience does not exist at this location. If it were me I would go anywhere else.! read more

Bought a used camper from the Poteau location. I asked multiple questions about the camper and was told that it was all set for going camping. The salesman either was lying or did not know what he was talking about. The skylight leaked water, refrigerator did not work, canvas in bedroom area was separated from the camper in one area, the converter did not work and the bearings had not been checked as promised. Purchase a very expensive braking system that is Bluetooth to our phone . It constantly keeps disconnecting it is very dangerous to try to reconnect while going down the highway . Camping World in Poteau Oklahoma has not been willing to refund us the money back on the system . A long drawn out ordeal again dealing with this company. Buyer beware! read more

The lies are never ending, they lied about the MSRP and never came to explain the finance options!!! Now I am stuck in some high interest loan I didn't even agree to. No stars actually but you have to at least one for the review to process! Horrible experience from the Poteau staff. I had a trade and that amount was quoted before they saw the bumper pull I was trading, it was a good fair quote. That was the only positive experience although I will tell you that when they offer to pull off your weight distribution pieces from the camper, stay with it as when I went to retrieve the parts, they were beginning to place them on another camper and I was just with them and the salesperson. They just walked down the pavement and began setting them up on another camper. Come on, get organized or quit stealing in hopes I am going to forget about them. They had the unit and I researched extensively and this was what I waned to purchase so it was why I went to CW as they just happened to have one. They did move it from one CW location (not far) to Poteau as it was closer for me. Also good service on that part. I am a cash purchase, no financing and I arrived at 10:30 am and left to drive home at 5:30PM. Terrible customer service with simply getting a 20 minute closing accomplished. The salesman lied....flat out lied and still did after continued correspondence. The C Class did not have a second set of keys with it although he told me they stay with the camper when they move from one CW site to another CW site. I continued to communicate through email with the salesman with his stating that the packet had not arrived from the other location and when it does, they will send to me. Well I finally called the other location and they told me just the opposite. The keys would never stay with the original location and all things that belong to a camper when moved, stay with the camper. Flat out lied! We traded in, so we are experienced camper owners but when they were doing the un-authentic customer service they claim to have, the salesman grabs a shopping cart and proceeds to walk us around the store, as if I need things being an experience RV'er. I was just shocked at their practices. How about a conversation and meet your customer and build a relationship before you grab a shopping cart expecting that I am going to purchase items as I am given a tour. The lying is the overall horrible thing about this experience and the horrible treatment about how long we had to wait for a cash purchase. I will not be giving CW any more business. I should have learned my lesson when years ago looking at a unit we wanted to purchase and there was one on the CW (not Poteau) lot in my home town at the time. They had a higher price than a location 3 hours away and I gave them the opportunity to earn some business but they would not match the price, no problem, I understand that, its business but to save $4000 dollars, a 3 hour drive is worth it. What was shocking was how aggressive the salesman was. It was pouring rain out and my wife was on a important work call in our car. The salesman and manager came running out knocking on my window pleading with us to come back in. Crazy! In the pouring rain I guess they thought that would make a difference. CW is not a business model we need in the U.S. Just horrible "used car" sales tactics and totally do not care about you. Just show me the money! I honestly feel for these employees to are being taught these practices. It does nothing for their future careers but then again, maybe it will teach how not to treat another. I would love to see the stats on there revolving door of employees. I bet it is not the best looking metrix. Be cautious when working with them is all I can say and do not be hesitant to leave if needed. When we said to please hook up my trade back to my truck because we were leaving, all of sudden someone showed up to close the deal. And, notice the auto message you will get. SORRY they all just want your money and then don't care what happens after the sell I was thinking about looking at a new TT but it just don't sound good, also don't go to Crabtree RV in Alma Arkansas and buy a Grand Design their junk now also we made that mistake on a 2021 Imagine TT they have had it in their shop more in the last 10 months than we have had it!! Hello, this review is with the utmost respect and heartfelt thanks. We where traveling from California to Oklahoma when we had a major problem with our trailer. The hitch on our fifth wheel ripped the frame cracking it almost in half. We were stuck we couldn't pull it any farther. I called almost all the rv repair places around and got the same story, " sorry it will be a week or more". We are on vacation we don't have that kind of time we are staying in a hotel at a 100$ a night we can't wait that long. I called Camping World of Poteau. I talked to James the service manager and he said bring it down to look at it I did he took the job out me up front and got the job done in three days. I have had nothing but heartaches dealing with Jaymat at poteau Oklahoma. We bought our 27 foot trailer there and from the time we drove off the lot have had nothing but trouble The slide out was made incorrectly from the factory but it took months to get them to fix it as we camped with our church group in different spots around Arkansas. It was finally determined they made it wrong at the factory as the front was trying to level the back and visa Versa. So horrible times trying to set up camp some 8 or 9 times. Now we took it to the Jaymatt again and they are keeping it going on three weeks with no end in Site. We purchased a new 2021 5th wheel camper on 1-11-2021. Upon my walk around I found out the compartment keys did not work. I called camping world and explained my key problem. well to make a complaint of total frustration short it took from 1-12-2021 till 2-12-2021 to finally talk to a person that salved the key problem in a blazing 10 minutes. During all the time I was always told buy the person I talked to they would return my call. well guess what never was may call returned to inform me of a fix to the problem. After reading several reviews I agree the service after the sale is not what they preach. thank you Billy for salving my problem. This review is in no reflection to the salesman himself, he was great for us being his first sale. However, the rest of the process was and has been horrific. During the buying process we selected a camper that we liked but was concerned with a side mounted ac unit and the possibility of it leaking. The sales manager insisted that it was a good design and would not have any problem with it. The first camping trip caused a lot of damage to the side of the camper due to this ac unit. We immediately returned the camper expecting to be met with civil expectations of renegotiating into another camper. We had the camper for a total of 13 days and the sales team tried to depreciate the camper $12,000 and put us into a camper a year older. They were very disrespectful during the negotiations to the point of making my wife break into tears and leave. Fast forward a couple of months now after they refused to help us, we bring the camper in for a scheduled repair and promised we would have it back in a weeks time. It has now been a month and they still have not even got into the shop. I have had to cancel 2 outings because of these issues and pay the monthly payment while they have it. I am very disappointed in their overall service and would recommend that no one experience the unprofessional service that we endured. Stay FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY... did I say FAR? Cause that's what you should do. These people from sales to management are beyond ignorant. I bought my first RV from here. Mainly bought it as I remodel my house, and have a shower to use. They lie about how to work the camper. They dropped it at my house, hitch receiver broke off when they delivered it. I had to figure that out. They never de-winterized the unit. I paid an extra fee they make you pay to have that done, but it was never done. Propane was empty... also had to figure that out. The unit was never cleaned or sanitized... I paid for that too. Brand new unit, but found out a month later that the unit had a recall that was never completed, which made the unit not work properly... also had to figure that out myself. Called many, many times trying to get it fixed and manager there says you call a lot with issues to your new camper. He says let's fix that. He said bring it back, and we will trade it for something that works. Literally, he said that to me. I couldn't believe it. Told him I would never buy anything from them even if it was a penny. Incompetent staff, sorry management and everything in between. First time RV'r, and this is what I got. Never again from this company. read more

Shysters at best. Ongoing issues with deception regarding financing. Manager Jonathan will evade a phone call or face to face meeting as if his life depends on it. Will promise one thing and do the opposite. Still awaiting resolution with the Johnson's Zinger. Maybe he should take care of that situa 7/27/2019 Jonathan removed all the add-ons to the loan my elderly parents had gotten for the Zinger when purchased, however, they still have a loan out for 23k on a trailer that they have never used nor will ever use so we are stuck trying to sell it. Jonathan offered to put it on the lot and sell it as a third party but we have zero faith or trust in anything this establishment does at this point. My parents were talked, cajoled and pressured into making this purchase and repeatedly asked to drive it up the highway to see if they were comfortable pulling it with their truck. They were only allowed to drive it in the parking lot, so after driving on highway with it came back to dealer with it. Considering consulting an attorney because all of this could've been avoided if they hadn't been pressured with the "hard sell" from salesmen. They shouldn't have to spend the time an effort trying to sell the trailer because they're stuck with it. After they were involved in an accident on the lot in a golf cart when another salesman in a golf cart crashed into the cart they were in. Ridiculous. read more

We purchased a new travel trailer from Camping World...Poteau, Oklahoma. We paid $600 extra for them to check everything and make sure everything was working. We had to cut our trip short. The water had not been turned on at 2 switches underneath cabinets. ( Had to take panel off to do.) When we turned on the switches, and ran the water for shower, we had at least two leaks....water everywhere. Hubby fixed one, but couldnt fix other leak. ( Possible screw through water pipe!!) Other minor problems: latch off door, window shade won't operate, velcro/ vinyl on dinette came off. Took to have fixed. Was told time would be 10 days. (It is now 2 weeks in). Repair dept won't return our calls asking for update, neither will salesman (Terry Warren). We called corporate office. We received 2 calls almost immediately from Camping World of Poteau Oklahoma. Now let's see if there is "Service AFTER the Sale". There will be an update following if/when repairs have been made. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAMPER HERE FOR SERVICE. They had my 23' trailer for 3 months to repair bent axles. Gave me an estimate and final cost was over 25% more. Told me they would fix stuff if I left it free if I let them repair the axles, but they didn't. They misunderstood what water drain plug was and it cost me extra $125 because they 'repaired' something that wasn't broke. Indicated that stuff would be covered under extended warranty and when it wasn't didn't bother to let me know so I could make other decisions. supposedly stuff was turned down from extended warranty but then a week later they didn't know what my extended warranty company was? Because it took 3 months to repair, I had to replace the battery that went bad. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAMPER. They LIE. I can not believe that they had to replace everything under the camper because of bent axles. everything except wheels at retail prices. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Great customer service in the parts department. Had what we needed and gave advice on an issue we were working on.

Four months & $7,000 later, we pulled our RV off the lot with unfinished repairs. Always an excuse for taking so long, or not getting material or shoddy workmanship. "They broke" my closet doors and took doors off of another RV, lying that they had new ones ordered. Right! 3 months later, I still don't have them. Unmatched closet "doors. They acknowledged they messed up one of our slide outs. They said just bring it back in and will repair. RIGHT!! They had the RV 4 months and still didn't get it complete. They knew when we pulled out of that parking lot- we would never returned. They counted on it. I have never been so flustered. I don't have enough space to share what all was not properly done on our RV. I wished people had of shared their horror stories of this place with me before we went there. We had to take the RV to Robbins RV in Broken Bow to finish the repairs.Now there is a great place, great people to take your RV for repairs or service. read more

We took our RV in for repair work and they would never bother to call to update us so, after calling them several times, we are picking it up and taking it elsewhere to have our repairs completed. Bought a new Keystone 2019 Hideout in May. The strut stuck on the awing during a rainstorm and caused the awing to rip away from the side of the camper. We took it back to Jmatt immediately and they said it was not covered under warranty. We had to mail the strut to Keystone and prove that it would not retract. That sent a new awing under warranty. but it is too short! Keystone has discontinued the awing that is on our BRAND NEW CAMPER. We now have one that is shorter and several patched holes in the side of our BRAND NEW CAMPER. Furthermore we bought an electric brake control for our 2018 Fort truck from Jmatt. They could not install it. Said it wouldn't fit our truck! of course they had already drilled 2 holes in the dash. Then they refused to refund our money for the controller even though it is brand new and never used!!!! It is now September 6, 2019 and we are just now getting our BRAND NEW CAMPER with PATCHED HOLES back. 3 months it has set a Jmatt waiting to be fixed. Hope it didn't sit in the rain with those holes in the side of it. read more

I am giving one star only because it wouldn't allow me to post with zero stars. We purchased our camper from Jamatt in May 2018. Sales department was great, James was very knowledgeable and was on top of it. Once we got our camper, the first trip out we had issues which is not uncommon when you are buying a camper...fuses blew, fans didn't work, etc. We took it back in after that first trip expecting a quick trip especially since we had just bought it and these were things that should have been fixed beforehand and caught during inspection. Nope. Took WAY TOO LONG. They didn't care that we just pulled it off the showroom floor the week before...even the salesman had pretty much ghosted us at this point. Sale made...check! Why buy a camper if it is going to have to sit in service most of summer? We had a couple minor service experiences after this, but skip to the next year for inspections/roof treatment...went to pick it up. Noticed severe fading or stripping on the nose that hadn't been there. Messaged the Facebook page because we can never get anyone to call us back when we call and leave messages. They got back with us and told us to bring it in immediately. Ordered a nose piece, said they would make it right...yada yada yada. I don't know where parts are ordered from, but they take longer than the stuff I order on Wish that ships from China. Finally got word that it was finished almost 3, maybe 4 weeks later (again, part of camping season taken up of course), we got the call it was finished. Went to pick it up. When we got there, you could see that the nose piece had cracked when they were installing it. It was bubbled beyond belief. No one noticed this but we did when we pulled in to get it? We got the manager out there and he said they would make it right. We had reservations for the following weekend and refused to leave it any longer since it was cosmetic and would not affect the trip. They said they would order (again) another nose piece and contact us when it was in. I had to message a couple times here and there for updates, but it was two MONTHS before I got the message saying that the nose piece would be in on a Monday. TWO MONTHS TO GET A PART IN. While all this was going on, we were contemplating trading our camper for an upgrade (and to get away from this awful dealership). My husband called to see what we would need to do IF WE TRADED IT IN to cancel the (outrageously priced) extended warranty and gap insurance that we probably shouldn't have added in the first place (first time camper buyers). No one would return calls and he left a few messages. Again, I took to Facebook and we received a phone call the next day. The manager told him who he would need to speak to and my husband even sent me a message with the guys name. Neither of us called this person in the finance department, because as I say, we were just considering the trade. The following week, I logged in to our account to pay the payment for the month and lo and behold, we had an unusual credit to the principal of our account. SOMEONE TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO CANCEL OUR WARRANTY AND GAP INSURANCE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. We had not given them a request in writing. We had not signed any documents. It was done without our permission, and most importantly, without our knowledge. We will be severing ties with this dealership soon. It is not worth the headache. We also know several people who have had horrible experiences with Jamatt. SHOP LOCAL - BUT NOT HERE. read more
