They did not test drive or fix it. Had both owners test drive it and they admitted it was still defective. As of 8/1 they still haven't diagnosed it or looked into it. Obviously the problem starts at the top with the owners and lack of leadership and professionalism. They keep taking in vehicles knowing they are a mechanic down and letting them pile up rather than fixing what they have. Avoid this place at all cost! Waste of time and money, nothing but headaches. These guys are a joke! They took advantage of me and my disability. Where do I begin? Well, I…read morebrought my 96 for in to these guys on a personal recommendation. They charged me well over $8,000 for doing a solid axle swap(Not done properly), change the rear leafs with airbags (not done properly). First time I left the shop they didn't feel the need to put the trac bar in, once installed, it was NO WHERE CLOSE to the angel of my drag link. They were supposed to do a drop pitman arm, which they didn't do. They half assed my truck to say the LEAST. The spring rate for my front springs wasn't even close. I reached out to Dewayne for help, he could care less about any of the issues we were having. We had to have him come get the truck, take it back to the shop. Once there, they drained the batteries and charged me for a new starter (which I didnt need it was just the solenoid which my brother and I (I'm disabled from a work related injury) had to change in their parking lot. They are parts changers AT BEST. I am having to fix the airbags on my truck with the help of a friend because on page 6 of the install manual it clearly states that "the airlift airbags will be damaged if mounted more than 5-8". They were mounted at 11"!!!! So my truck rode like absolute CRAP. Do you think they cared? Nope they would do nothing to rectify the situation at all. Dewayne nickel and dimmed me the entire process and when it came time to pay, he was always willing to accept money for tasks that they didn't even complete. The entire experience was nothing but trouble. I also paid them to rebuild my front axle (Dana 60 out of a 95 F350). I took it to another shop because it still didn't ride right. There was a ton of bump steer in it and the front rode like a sea saw. The new shop I took it to had to refigure the entire geometry of the front end because they didn't install the reverse shackle kit (also purchased through Sky Manufacturing). They had to change the ball joints (upper and lower) they had to change the entire drag link (which I also paid scumbag Dewayne to do). The brakes also needed changed which I paid him for also. Overall it was a personal reference from my brother (which was a friend of Dewayne). I would NEVER take another vehicle here even to check air pressure. They don't care, they don't read directions and they don't care about how their work is. AND I always took hand fulls of cash for him. Never once would they try and rectify the situation. I bought all quality moog parts and had EVERYTHING needed for the axle swap. These fools are parts changers, maybe. I would never take ANYTHING here again. So beware, if you are bringing your vehicle here, you are probably going to get a sub par job for a premium price.

A black bag was pulled over my head and I was frog marched through the building. The bag was removed and I found myself tied to a chair in some dark room. A spotlight was pointed into my eyes and a sinister voice with a thick German accent asked, "What motorcycle are you going to buy today?" I quickly tried to explain that I just needed to use the bathroom and I wasn't looking to buy a bike. The owner of the voice didn't seem to believe me. He said I was going to get the "hard sell". Over the course of the next hour the things that were done to me would have looked at home in a Quentin Tarantino or Martin Scorsese film. All I can really remember is a thick rubber hose, a sock full of batteries, and jumper cables. It was like high school all over again. I passed out or blocked out the rest. When I came to, I found myself holding the keys to a brand new motorcycle. I thought it was best to just take the bike and go. This story may sound far-fetched but as far as my wife is concerned, that is EXACTLY what happened. This is the fourth bike I have bought from Wheeler Powersports. I have been happy with the bikes and the customer service each time I've been there. They really bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want without any pressure. They don't use the "hard sell". The only drawback, when you spend $15,000 on a bike, you would think they would throw in a $200 helmet or even a $10 shirt would be nice.

Josh originally diagnosed my radiator having a hole, and that my oil pressure switch needed replaced, and power steering fluid out. I immediately purchased the radiator, dealer said he'd get the oil switch. Later when dealer sent Josh to my residence to get my vehicle up and running, Josh verified my battery needed replaced. Came back the next day and replaced the battery and oil switch. Showed me a valve cover gasket and said he'd be coming the next day to install it. He never showed back up the next day. no communication what so ever. I reached back out 4-5 days later asking if he was still planning to come back. He asked if my vehicle was still leaking fluids. I told him I have not driven the vehicle until I know it's safe to drive. The dealer stated he gave Josh $400 to get my vehicle up and running, checked with Josh to see what was done, got back to me and said that the valve cover gasket had been replaced. I still had issues of a bad radiator and losing my power steering fluid. I asked Josh if I could arrange for these to be taken care of. He wanted me to pay for a third diagnosis, which I agreed but first wanted to confirm this said repair of the valve cover gasket install was completed as stated, his reply "we will no longer be coming to work on your vehicle". $400 Josh got to only replace a $100 battery and a ~$15 oil pressure sensor. A radiator and power steering issues would be more important than a valve cover gasket if priority was getting the vehicle operable. So I got another inspection, the valve cover gasket was not replaced, the radiator definitely needed replaced, and the power steering leak that Josh said was just the reservoir tank was actually a cracked rack and pinion. They later doubled back and said that the valve cover was actually only re torqued, but inspection showed that the valve cover was not touched at all. This was very unprofessional and left me and my baby and daughters without transportation, and cost him and his associated dealership future money from me. Beware!

Josh showed up on time, was super easy to talk to, and explained everything he was doing in a way that made sense (I'm definitely not a car person). He had all the tools with him and got the job done faster than I expected -- and for a really reasonable price. No weird extra fees or pushy sales stuff either, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole experience was easy, stress-free, and way more convenient than going to a shop. I'll absolutely be calling him again next time I need work done.
