I purchased 2220$ worth of accessories online in nov of 24. One of the items i paid for was a set of door closeout panels for a razer pro xp ($213.89). Upon receiving my parts i received a dunlop front tire for a motorcycle in a box that was labeled as closeout panels. I contacted them only to receiver the run around and to tell me that i need to check with polaris. They acted like they didnt believe me even after i emailed them a pictures of the tire and the box. I have been in a constant struggle tring to receive a refund and have offered to ship the tire back but cant get anywhere. I even filed a complaint with paypal and they didnt do anything either saying that i received my part. I would rate this company very low on service and customer satisfaction. For anyone reading reviews of this dealership, please note that the negative reviews are from people far away from Fort Smith (i.e. New York and Arizona) and should be taken as a grain of salt. These folks listed a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard C90 and were kind enough to take a $200 down payment via PayPal until such time as I could come look at it in person from Louisiana. They even installed a brand-new Memphis Shades windshield on it at my request without asking for additional payment. It took me three weeks to get there but I found the staff pleasant and helpful. No complaints. I bought the bike and rode it home. LOVE IT!!! Great highway machine! I would not hesitate to buy another bike there although at my age it's likely this will be my last bike. A HUGE "thank you" to Wheeler Powersports for working with me on this purchase by allowing me time to get there. Kudos to Simon (my sales rep). It's been 4 days since my first attempt to contact Wheeler Power Sports in regard to my parts order. I have attempted to contact them numerous times with no response. My order was over $500. I am beyond frustrated. Do not use these guys for any part orders!!!! Once they get your money they don't care about customer service. My Fiancé and I got a new side by side here and from the moment we called they were so nice and helpful. We asked about pricing and what they had ready to go Now as far as side by sides go. we were on our way there in 15 minutes to get a new toy . We got a 2022 KRX 1000 and while it was a new one, we had an issue as it blew the engine within 12 miles. . While it was frustrating we know life happens, it is what it is? But we were surprise to see how well the team there took care of it. They came out to us where we were camping in Oklahoma . Thank God for our warranty and the staff there we had a new one same model in about 5 days and they brought it back out to us. We love our side by side. But I have to brag a little about the team there as they are awesome we will definitely be back to buy our toys in the future. read more

I dropped bike off for some repairs on July 3rd and just got it back today, August 14th. I was initially told it would take about 2 weeks. After 30 days I asked what was taking so long and was told they had other bikes come in after mine that they had been working on. When I asked why they had bumped those bikes ahead of mine, I was told,"It just happens like that sometimes." I spoke with the General Manager today. His response was to ask me,"What do you want me to do? Go back in time?" I told him I wanted a discount, and he gave me a $50 discount. On a $1300 invoice. Less than 5%. They also, apparently, broke my kickstand. It wasn't broken when I dropped it off but it certainly is now. They denied responsibility, of course. They also wanted me to sign a release, acknowledging I had picked up my bike. They had written on the release that they had called me about the kickstand and that I had declined to have it fixed. This absolutely didn't happen. 100% do NOT recommend doing business with them. They obviously couldn't care less about their customers. read more

I am keeping in mind that I am far away but, if you are doing an internet business, your customer service should still be top notch. I ordered a part for my Kawasaki Mule which took forever to arrive (over two weeks) and it was the wrong part. I sent an e-mail as the enclosed flyer suggested and after a week and a half received no reply. I then called, explained the issue and the part sent and was told that they could not find the part I needed. I asked about sending the part back and was told it would cost me more to send the part back than what I had paid. No offer of credit or refund. Will not do business with this company again. I ordered parts from this business online. The website showed all the parts were in stock. After a few weeks I did not get a shipping notice. I called the parts counter and come to find out. none of them were in stock. I was told by the parts rep that my parts should be shipped out the next day they were not. Move forward two weeks I called again, and was told that they should be expecting my parts in the next couple days. That never happened. Was told they were waiting on one part. But in reality they were waiting for all the parts. I ordered the part on July 23 and according to my Order I would have them buy Aug 7th. I finally received one of the 5 parts order on August 23rd. I texted them as this is their preferred method of contact and never heard from them. I called them a couple days later and they said oh we've had a lot of text messages and must've missed yours. Move forward another week I finally received the remaining 4 parts. All I can say is the customer service here is horrible. I will never use them again. This place is an absolute nightmare. They are very helpful when they are trying to sell you something and once the item is out of their lot they become unresponsive. I have given them multiple opportunities to redeem themselves but I can never get great service from them besides when I am trying to buy something. They never pick up the phone so the only way to get help is by going to the store. When you arrive at the store you will not be greeted until you're looking at an item. Overall if you're trying to buy something try this place as a very last resort. There are other places with much better customer service. read more

I was out collecting for an unnamed local charity when I felt the gentle tug of natural calling me. I stopped by Wheeler Powersports to avail myself of their facilities. What happened next was something out of an adventure novel. Two broad shouldered, no neck having, trench coat wearing gangsters grabbed me the instant I walked in the door. A black bag was pulled over my head and I was frog marched through the building. The bag was removed and I found myself tied to a chair in some dark room. A spotlight was pointed into my eyes and a sinister voice with a thick German accent asked, "What motorcycle are you going to buy today?" I quickly tried to explain that I just needed to use the bathroom and I wasn't looking to buy a bike. The owner of the voice didn't seem to believe me. He said I was going to get the "hard sell". Over the course of the next hour the things that were done to me would have looked at home in a Quentin Tarantino or Martin Scorsese film. All I can really remember is a thick rubber hose, a sock full of batteries, and jumper cables. It was like high school all over again. I passed out or blocked out the rest. When I came to, I found myself holding the keys to a brand new motorcycle. I thought it was best to just take the bike and go. This story may sound far-fetched but as far as my wife is concerned, that is EXACTLY what happened. This is the fourth bike I have bought from Wheeler Powersports. I have been happy with the bikes and the customer service each time I've been there. They really bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want without any pressure. They don't use the "hard sell". The only drawback, when you spend $15,000 on a bike, you would think they would throw in a $200 helmet or even a $10 shirt would be nice. read more
