I am 100% disabled combat veteran, I do not expect special treatment for my condition but also, do…read morenot expect to be taken advantage of because I do not comprehend as well as I use to because of my PTSD and TBI injuries. HORRIBLE Customer service and they failed to complete the job as stated. They do the bare minimum job to get your money and that is it, they do not research the work, before they will sell you a product. The company will take your cash and could care less if it works once it is installed. Once confronted, offer only excuses and put the fault on the customer. We take our bikes to pro-shops for a reason... years of professional knowledge and they help shape our dreams into reality while making sure to manage our expectations and what we want can be accomplished. Following is a list of how they failed me and took ZERO responsibility for it. 1. Sold me an incomplete product, that they recommended, and needed a extra part at added expense of $200. This added time and expense to project completion. 2. Sold me a product that does not work with my stated purpose, that we discussed, in depth... Yes part of that is on me, but with my disabilities, my comprehension is effected that is why I rely on professionals shops, with years of custom install knowledge to make sure products work as intended. They recommended the parts/company product for this project, knowing what I wanted and why. 3. I was told I could get a ride home when I ordered the product and I informed them where I live (14 miles away). I paid cash ($1400) for 75% of the project up front. Once they had my cash, customer service turned. The day I set the appointment up, I was told they could not give me a ride. They did not even offer me a ride for a small fee to cover expenses (which I would of gladly paid), but they do offer rides to other customers that live closer. This delayed the install by weeks since I newly moved to this area and have not met many people yet. 4. They failed to complete the job. I asked for a simple USB charging port to be installed, I confirmed this on day of the appointment as well, and they did not do it. They did not call me and ask if this was what I wanted. They took it upon themselves to make that decision. This has cost me riding time because the set up will not work safely as my phone will not charge while being used and could be dead if needed in an emegency. I ride in some remote areas and having a fully charged phone is critical to safety if an accident should occur. 5. When confronted with failing to finish the job (install of usb port) they offered a excuse instead of just saying, Hey that was a mistake, we should of called you. 6. They have taken zero repsonsibility for any problems with this project. They have only offered excuses. Update: After telling them they have lost a customer and that I would not be recommending them to anyone asking me where I get custom work done to my bikes... They finally apologized. This says a lot about who they are as a shop. I do not recommend this company to work on your bike for any custom work. They treat you well, until they have your cash and than customer service drops off completely. They will not call you to ask if a project should be completed when something does not work. They will sell you any parts you want with no reguard to if the project will actually work for your set up. In the end they are just after your money. In the 30 years of having pro shops working on my bikes, I never seen a company fail as much as this one has. Every shop I have dealt with has always called me if a project was not working as intended to see what I wanted to do. If the project did not work out I have alway been offered an apology and that has always been enough for me. It takes a man to say, hey we messed up and here is what we can do to resolve the issue. To this point this company has failed to offer a resolution to the issue because I was, in their words, being a "ass". I guess if standing up for yourself and expecting a fully finished working product for your cash is being a "ass", I am. I do not let people walk all over me and I suspect if your reading this you don't either.

For anyone skeptical about where to buy your next machine, look no further than Vicars Powersports…read more I drove 18 hours from MN, and the level of selfless service I received was staggering. My salesman, Gage, actually left his daughter's birthday celebration after hours just to ensure I could pick up my SXS. That is a level of personal sacrifice you simply don't find anymore. Most importantly, when a challenge arose with the vehicle's condition, the General Manager, Dalton, proved why this dealership is in a league of its own. He didn't hide behind fine print or make excuses; he stepped up with total accountability and a kind gesture to make it right. Vicars Powersports doesn't just sell you a machine; they provide a commitment to your satisfaction and protection after the sale. If you want a team with the integrity to stand by you through every challenge, do yourself a favor and see Gage and Dalton. They have earned my absolute trust and my highest recommendation!

Without asking so much as what the vehicle is or anything I get a lie from Becca about, they cant be balanced but they could try....I cut in at this point, as a certified mechanic i can tell you there most certainly is a way to balance the tires on a motorcycle and the old spoke wheel has weights on it to prove it, not to mention all the motorcycle wheel balancers.
