They forgot to add a part when they sent me an invoice and they later added to my bill for free when I pointed it out. They really impressed me with the service I received. I trusted them with my bicycle and I got an excellent price. Their store is pretty big and they do get busy at times so I suggest that you make eye contact with them or say hello when you walk in. My husband was trying to lean onto the counter past the tires that are all stacked up to give him him our number so he could order it and give us a call. That man grabbed his computer screen like he was gonna get robbed and said "we don't give out part numbers". The part cost under 2 dollars. We travelled over an hour to go there. A friend of mine and myself rented bikes from this place and wish that I hadn't. The bikes were…read moredirty when we picked them up and that should have been an indication of things to come but we were excited to hit the trails. We paid extra for premium e-bikes and they were trash, the first day the front chainring came off my friends bike and that caused the chain to break, we had to wait for the shop to come out and fix it. Both bikes had bald tires that made riding very sketchy and dangerous. On the second day I got a flat and I am glad we had a spare tube with us because all the sealant was dried up. Also the motors kept overheating and we had to constantly stop. And don't even ask about the noise the bikes made, lube and check the bearings, it was absolutely a horrible riding experience. When we returned the bikes I was supposedly given a $160 refund that never showed back up on my card. When I told them about the tires they didn't care and just put the bikes back for the next sucker to rent, people are going to get hurt from these heaps. Do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from!

I've ridden bikes all my life but never a mountain bike which is apparently a lot different. They were super helpful with showing us how to use them - the gears, the seat-shift, the brakes. They were also a fun bunch who had us laughing the whole time (an added bonus!). They even were so incredibly kind to come pick up one of our group members and drive them back to their rental shop for them to wait for the rest of us as it was too hot for them to continue on. We are so thankful for that gesture!!!! Helpful Tip: This place is about 2.5 miles from the nearest biking trail... The five of us drove together in a car so we had to bike UPHILL on a small, single-lane road for the majority of those 2.5 miles before we finally reached there. The cars were friendly and always went around us but it would've been much nicer to have been able to drive the bikes to the trailhead so we could experience more of it. Bring a truck or other bike-supporting vehicle if you plan to rent from this place.

After about 30 minutes, they began hurting my feet so I knew they would need to be returned. Today, I went to take them back and the cashier said they can't take back worn shoes. I'm going to post a pic of them because they were still in pristine condition with the tags. The feeling of being stuck with a $180 pair of brand new shoes you can't wear is a bad feeling. I'm my husband was able to return them without any problem. I won't buy there again.
