They forgot to add a part when they sent me an invoice and they later added to my bill for free when I pointed it out. They really impressed me with the service I received. I trusted them with my bicycle and I got an excellent price. Their store is pretty big and they do get busy at times so I suggest that you make eye contact with them or say hello when you walk in. That man grabbed his computer screen like he was gonna get robbed and said "we don't give out part numbers". The part cost under 2 dollars. We travelled over an hour to go there. Upon receiving my parts i received a dunlop front tire for a motorcycle in a box that was labeled as closeout panels. I contacted them only to receiver the run around and to tell me that i need to check with polaris. They acted like they didnt believe me even after i emailed them a pictures of the tire and the box. I have been in a constant struggle tring to receive a refund and have offered to ship the tire back but cant get anywhere. I even filed a complaint with paypal and they didnt do anything either saying that i received my part. I would rate this company very low on service and customer satisfaction. No complaints. I bought the bike and rode it home. LOVE IT!!! Great highway machine! I would not hesitate to buy another bike there although at my age it's likely this will be my last bike.
