I was new to cycling and went to two shops here in Fort Smith. One was Champion and the other…read moreScott's. Champion was EXTREMELY good at fitting me to my needs. They did an outstanding job giving me the 101 on bikes and safety equipment. I was impressed that he made sure my test bike was fitted to me and aired up. He also explained the differences in bikes of each price range without pushing me to buy bigger. I'm sorry to say, that i did NOT purchase my bike from there, but i did purchase my wife's from Champion. I DID purchase from Scott's, while they are very friendly and knowledgeable, knowing i was new to riding, they did not fit me to the bike, did not air up my tires before a test ride, and when i asked about helmets they just pointed to the direction where they where stacked. I would buy what i needed from Scott's, its a good shop, but if you're new to biking and need more hands on i would definitely go to Champion. Ive since spent hundreds on accessories from Champion with the same great customer service and input on products. Thanks guys.

I strongly advise potential buyers to read this review before doing business with this retailer…read more Do not purchase from this bike shop if you expect reliable customer service or the safe delivery of your bike. I ordered an electric bike from Champion Cycling to be shipped to California. It arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and poor handling. The 65 lb electric bike was placed inside a large box without any protective material securing it in place. Consequently, the bike suffered significant impact during transit, resulting in a cracked stem that required replacement. When I reached out to the store owner, Eugene Kirsh, to resolve the issue, he initially attempted to remedy it by providing a replacement part. However, the bike incurred further internal damages to the front and rear wheels from the transit impact, which is now evidenced by a loud, grinding noise when pushing the bike. Because of these structural issues, the bike has never been ridable. When I requested a return because of the blunt-force damage the bike sustained, the owner refused to cover the significant return shipping fee. As a merchant, it is their responsibility to ensure a product arrives safely or to file a claim with the shipping carrier to make it right. For reasons unknown, a claim was never filed by the merchant. Instead, the business blamed the carrier and left me responsible for a broken product that cannot be used. This is an incredibly unprofessional business practice. I will continue to pursue this matter. I highly recommend seeking out a different bike shop that stands behind its products and delivery service.

What happened next was something out of an adventure novel. Two broad shouldered, no neck having, trench coat wearing gangsters grabbed me the instant I walked in the door. A black bag was pulled over my head and I was frog marched through the building. The bag was removed and I found myself tied to a chair in some dark room. A spotlight was pointed into my eyes and a sinister voice with a thick German accent asked, "What motorcycle are you going to buy today?" I quickly tried to explain that I just needed to use the bathroom and I wasn't looking to buy a bike. The owner of the voice didn't seem to believe me. He said I was going to get the "hard sell". Over the course of the next hour the things that were done to me would have looked at home in a Quentin Tarantino or Martin Scorsese film. All I can really remember is a thick rubber hose, a sock full of batteries, and jumper cables. It was like high school all over again. I passed out or blocked out the rest. When I came to, I found myself holding the keys to a brand new motorcycle. I thought it was best to just take the bike and go. This story may sound far-fetched but as far as my wife is concerned, that is EXACTLY what happened. This is the fourth bike I have bought from Wheeler Powersports. I have been happy with the bikes and the customer service each time I've been there. They really bend over backwards to make sure you get what you want without any pressure. They don't use the "hard sell". The only drawback, when you spend $15,000 on a bike, you would think they would throw in a $200 helmet or even a $10 shirt would be nice.

Upon receiving my parts i received a dunlop front tire for a motorcycle in a box that was labeled as closeout panels. I contacted them only to receiver the run around and to tell me that i need to check with polaris. They acted like they didnt believe me even after i emailed them a pictures of the tire and the box. I have been in a constant struggle tring to receive a refund and have offered to ship the tire back but cant get anywhere. I even filed a complaint with paypal and they didnt do anything either saying that i received my part. I would rate this company very low on service and customer satisfaction.
