I noticed an issue with the quickshifter and some difficulties with the gearbox the last month after the service. In an attempt to make an appointment to get this looked at for a warranty service I was told they don't make appointments! For "services" they make appointments but not for repairs. They stated that I would drop the bike off and they would get to it in three or four weeks. I asked again if I could just make an appointment for three or four weeks from now.
