I am 100% disabled combat veteran, I do not expect special treatment for my condition but also, do…read morenot expect to be taken advantage of because I do not comprehend as well as I use to because of my PTSD and TBI injuries. HORRIBLE Customer service and they failed to complete the job as stated. They do the bare minimum job to get your money and that is it, they do not research the work, before they will sell you a product. The company will take your cash and could care less if it works once it is installed. Once confronted, offer only excuses and put the fault on the customer. We take our bikes to pro-shops for a reason... years of professional knowledge and they help shape our dreams into reality while making sure to manage our expectations and what we want can be accomplished. Following is a list of how they failed me and took ZERO responsibility for it. 1. Sold me an incomplete product, that they recommended, and needed a extra part at added expense of $200. This added time and expense to project completion. 2. Sold me a product that does not work with my stated purpose, that we discussed, in depth... Yes part of that is on me, but with my disabilities, my comprehension is effected that is why I rely on professionals shops, with years of custom install knowledge to make sure products work as intended. They recommended the parts/company product for this project, knowing what I wanted and why. 3. I was told I could get a ride home when I ordered the product and I informed them where I live (14 miles away). I paid cash ($1400) for 75% of the project up front. Once they had my cash, customer service turned. The day I set the appointment up, I was told they could not give me a ride. They did not even offer me a ride for a small fee to cover expenses (which I would of gladly paid), but they do offer rides to other customers that live closer. This delayed the install by weeks since I newly moved to this area and have not met many people yet. 4. They failed to complete the job. I asked for a simple USB charging port to be installed, I confirmed this on day of the appointment as well, and they did not do it. They did not call me and ask if this was what I wanted. They took it upon themselves to make that decision. This has cost me riding time because the set up will not work safely as my phone will not charge while being used and could be dead if needed in an emegency. I ride in some remote areas and having a fully charged phone is critical to safety if an accident should occur. 5. When confronted with failing to finish the job (install of usb port) they offered a excuse instead of just saying, Hey that was a mistake, we should of called you. 6. They have taken zero repsonsibility for any problems with this project. They have only offered excuses. Update: After telling them they have lost a customer and that I would not be recommending them to anyone asking me where I get custom work done to my bikes... They finally apologized. This says a lot about who they are as a shop. I do not recommend this company to work on your bike for any custom work. They treat you well, until they have your cash and than customer service drops off completely. They will not call you to ask if a project should be completed when something does not work. They will sell you any parts you want with no reguard to if the project will actually work for your set up. In the end they are just after your money. In the 30 years of having pro shops working on my bikes, I never seen a company fail as much as this one has. Every shop I have dealt with has always called me if a project was not working as intended to see what I wanted to do. If the project did not work out I have alway been offered an apology and that has always been enough for me. It takes a man to say, hey we messed up and here is what we can do to resolve the issue. To this point this company has failed to offer a resolution to the issue because I was, in their words, being a "ass". I guess if standing up for yourself and expecting a fully finished working product for your cash is being a "ass", I am. I do not let people walk all over me and I suspect if your reading this you don't either.

My last few vehicles have been purchased from Lee motors in McAlester and they've been a dream to…read morework with. When my pickup died they had nothing suitable and I couldn't find a decent used truck or SUV anywhere. I'd heard bad things about ezpay but stopped on the McAlester lot where they had several vehicles that appeared to meet our criteria. However the salesperson refused to show us any. Two weeks later we stopped at the sister lot in Muskogee and garla was very helpful. We settled on a Ford explorer and was told it needed some minor repairs before it was ready. Ive bought a couple dozen vehicles over the years and know what to look for. The day we picked it up reverse stopped working. We'd checked on the engine codes previously which were minor. We took the vehicle to the Ford dealership and they found over twenty codes. Some of them had to deal with the transmission which hadn't been showing previously. The dealership couldn't get us in for three months but told us it was ok to drive. They suggested a flush and fill. The explorer has a sealed transmission. On our next trip to Muskogee we stopped at two different transmission places to see about getting it done. They looked at the vehicle found no leaks. One didn't work on sealed transmission the other had a two month waiting list. On the way home the vehicle slowed to 25 and I immediately pulled over and called a tow. It took a week for ezpay to approve sending it to their lot and then over the weekend to arrange a tow once we were given the address. When we stopped in town to make sure the vehicle got there the transmission mechanic told us that he had rebuilt the transmission between the test drive and had been supposed to replace the sensors and solenoid but forgot. A week later we were told that we had put a hole in the transmission pan which didn't make sense seeing how two separate transmissions places looked at it that day. Then they said the solenoid was melted. Two weeks later we were called at 9 am on a Monday and told it was ready to pick up. We live 40 miles from town and my son was going to drive it home from work to make sure it was ok and I would take him the next day. At 4 pm I called to ask them to leave the keys in it so he could use keyless entry. At that point we were told they test drive it that day and the transmission seal was leaking and had to be redone. Failure to let us know is typical of the communication here. For the first month of repairs the shop didn't have a public phone number. Three days later we called and we're told they destroyed the bushings and they had to be replaced. Monday I called and said I needed the vehicle by noon Wednesday to go to a doctor's appointment and got a runaround. Today Wednesday I called the McAlester office as I've been instructed to do and got hung up on. First I was told that vehicle ain't going nowhere without a tow truck and then was told that I'm not their customer so why the f am I calling. I was finally given a number for the shop and they hung up on me ten times in a row. I called garla back in Muskogee as my payment s due today. I have the money but am hesitant to throw it away if they're not going to fix the vehicle. She told me that they're waiting on a torque converter which was backordered but delivered today. That's the first we've been told about the torque converter. Last Friday we were told that the holdup was a knob for the heater that was on backorder. That's why I wanted to pick the vehicle up so I could take care of my medical appointment. The mechanic this morning told me that they're waiting on a part that's on backorder for three months before he hung on me. I called back ten times and each time they answered without saying anything and hung up on me. We live 40 miles from town on a working farm. Both my husband and I are disabled. I've had to give up one part time job and don't know how long I can keep the other. In the last month we've spent 250 on rental cars and 300 on hotels when we were stuck in town. We've walked about 50 miles despite being disabled and it's nearly put my husband in the hospital. I have follow up cancer scans and he has a post stroke MRI that we can't schedule. We've spent another 50 or so on taxis and Kats. We're low on supplies and haven't been able to get feed, drinking water or a decent amount of groceries which is affecting my husband's diabetes. I've talked to the owner once and he was told that no work was done prior to us picking up the vehicle. Someone is not telling the truth. He said there was a hole in the pan but the mechanic refused to give it to me when requested. Marty said he'd send a picture but I don't trust the picture. I just did a search and two local stores and rock and auto have the torque converter in stock

I wanted to take a moment and share what I experienced while purchasing a new Yamaha Stratoliner…read morefrom Troy Graham. I found a new 2014 Stratoliner I agreed to purchase with a 2009 Stratoliner trade over email exchanges. I wanted to keep the quick change back rest on my bike. I have attached a photo of the email that caused my review. Upon riding 5 hours to make the deal, Troy first informed me that he would have to charge me labor to switch the mounting hardware to my new bike. I agreed this was fair. We continued inside to sign the paper work. Right away Troy started to be hesitant saying he would now need to replace my back rest and he had built the trade in price with the back rest. I agreed my email wasn't clear if was referring to the actual seat pad or the back rest even though the subject line clearly states back rest. Troy continued to to tell me he needed to charge me "replacement cost" of $374 plus labor to put a quick change back rest back on my trade in. So to clarify, Troy wanted to purchase a new back rest, charge me labor to switch mounting hardware in exchange for me to keep my used back rest that was purchased in 2009. I quickly found several back rests that retailed for less than $200 on jpcycles.com. When I showed Troy these prices, he stated they weren't yamaha branded. I basically felt Troy was trying to leverage the fact that we were from out of state and could not continue to Bikes, Blues and Bbq in Fayetteville without the seat that held our luggage. I again agreed that there was some confusion but it was unfair (not the actual word used) to charge so much in order for me to keep my original back rest. I countered his offer by agreeing to $200 more or I was walking out. My wife and I rode 5 hours to get this bike in good faith to honor our deal. At no time was I dishonest about my trade and I had sent the Craigslist add to Troy showing all of the pictures of my trade. I will never deal with this business again! This happened 2 weeks ago and I even regret paying the extra $200. I should of only paid the labor to change the back rest. On a positive note, the finance lady was great. She was very understanding and even through in a Yamaha hat. We even joked that it was a $200 hat. I really hope Troy makes an effort to handle issues like this in a better way next time. I will never trust him again. The bike I purchased had no back rest, so we needed my seat to continue our trip. I am also including a picture of the bike showing the luggage rack we arrived with.
