Very disappointed in the Fort Smith Harley Davidson dealership sales team manager. They sold me a bike a little over a year ago I've had issues with it since day one. Went to try to trade it today and they offered me way less than Half of what I paid last year stating that they couldn't sell my bike do to it being modified with other parts that was not Harley and they can't sell this because they can't sell a warranty for it. Would have been nice if they would have just never sold this to me to begin with because it is still the same parts as it had when I bought it last year guess they must have changed their policy since last year and don't care that the royalty screwed me. Hope this stealership gets a revival soon in their sales team. There other departments are good this review is just for the sales manager. read more

Not managed correctly....As a local guy told me "that place is no bueno" and he was damn sure right. Got here at 8:00 in the morning on Monday when they open, but half the staff won't show up till 9:00 and the other half doesn't give a damn. What an amazing buying experience. I live in the Dallas area and being fed up of sneaky deceptive Harley sales and finance people in the DFW I looked at bikes at this dealership. I'm still a little taken back by the honest straight forward process I just went through. Told them how much I would pay for the door. No added fees, no sneaky extras. What I said I'd pay was what I paid. I paid the exact amount for registration taxes and title. No more. The staff here treat me like family. Even while doing the paperwork I kept expecting some hidden secret to screw me out of something but no. Nothing happened. What an amazing buying experience. Plus the price was $2k less than any 2014 street glide I had looked at in Dallas. Thanks to my new friends David and Zack.
