I have been in a constant struggle tring to receive a refund and have offered to ship the tire back but cant get anywhere. No complaints. I bought the bike and rode it home. LOVE IT!!! Great highway machine! I would not hesitate to buy another bike there although at my age it's likely this will be my last bike.
