If you live or work downtown (I believe within 2 miles of the shop, could be wrong), they will pick up your vehicle and drop it off for you for no extra charge. I once had a flat and they actually came to air up my tire so we could get it to the shop, then they replaced it. Bought my tires with them and have some kind of insurance so none of it cost me a dime. Highly recommend.
