I would absolutely never return here for an oil change. The last time I took my ford focus in to…read morethem, they short changed me 1/2 qt on the oil. Maybe they figured I didn't know what I was talking about? It was only after I got a few miles down the road that I noticed my car didn't seem to be driving right, that I pulled over, let it cool long enough for me to check the oil level, noticed the blunder, and turned around and went back, demanding that they top it off accordingly. The shop manager stammered that it only takes 4 qts. I stood over him in the parking lot outside the bay area, showing him the dipstick; it was only then that he admitted they don't check, only adding what the manufacturer suggests. Funny, considering my owner's manual says it takes 4 and 1/2. I now take my vehicles to places that actually know what they're talking about.

Very disappointed in the Fort Smith Harley Davidson dealership sales team manager. They sold me a…read morebike a little over a year ago I've had issues with it since day one. Went to try to trade it today and they offered me way less than Half of what I paid last year stating that they couldn't sell my bike do to it being modified with other parts that was not Harley and they can't sell this because they can't sell a warranty for it. Would have been nice if they would have just never sold this to me to begin with because it is still the same parts as it had when I bought it last year guess they must have changed their policy since last year and don't care that the royalty screwed me. Hope this stealership gets a revival soon in their sales team. There other departments are good this review is just for the sales manager.
