We had to order and wait several weeks, but the process was pretty streamlined. When we went to pick it up, financing was simple. We've had our camper 4 years this May 2025, and it's been great. We have a lifetime warranty if we keep up yearly inspections at Wheels, so we go once a year in April and pay the $200 for inspection. Unfortunately, nothing that we've had to repair has ever been covered by the warranty, so I think it's probably a gimmick to get us to keep up yearly inspections. But at least we know what condition our camper is in. We may decide the yearly inspections aren't worth it soon. But wheels is usually very nice and accommodating when we schedule. If you're in the market for a camper, we did have a good experience at Wheels RV. And we love NW Arkansas.

He sounded confused and disorientated.. he then said he has it and he'll call me back. I never heard back from him. I upgraded from 2 stars to three stars because he did give me a good idea to use truck bed liner on the bottom of my RV..which I did do (myself). I told them in the beginning when they said they would probably(unless part needed ordering), be able to get Buttercup in & out the same day-to-day - to take their time. I use oxygen, my friends paid for half my bill, I was allowed to take some of their pens, I will be going back to get cards to pass out to everyone I can.
