So during Covid, we, like many others, decided to buy a travel trailer. Wheels was a carrier of the brand we wanted. We had to order and wait several weeks, but the process was pretty streamlined. When we went to pick it up, financing was simple. We've had our camper 4 years this May 2025, and it's been great. We have a lifetime warranty if we keep up yearly inspections at Wheels, so we go once a year in April and pay the $200 for inspection. Unfortunately, nothing that we've had to repair has ever been covered by the warranty, so I think it's probably a gimmick to get us to keep up yearly inspections. But at least we know what condition our camper is in. We may decide the yearly inspections aren't worth it soon. But wheels is usually very nice and accommodating when we schedule. If you're in the market for a camper, we did have a good experience at Wheels RV. And we love NW Arkansas. read more

I had my RV winterized. I thought they might help me rehook my camper after I picked it up but no. I had to do it myself. Is that normal service? I guess it's ok that they did it the same day but is that good service? Just asking. read more

We highly recommend Wheels RV! Our salesman, James Westfall, was very helpful and responsive even on his day off. We changed our mind several times on which RV we wanted to buy but James was very patience and pilot with us. He was never pushy and there were no hidden fees that you see at other camping lots like Camping World! Also, Asher in the service department has been very helpful and their technician that reviewed the RV with us before we left was very helpful and knowledgeable! read more

To be honest we did not stay long. They did not offer Class A or super C RVs which is what we are interested it at this time. Further, the brands we saw available on the lot were not models or brands we would consider. I'm assuming they do a decent job within the category they are targeting, it just was not for us. read more

Update: Original cargo door issue finally done after 5 months wait. Tech arrived with new door, installed and left. I tried my key, and it didn't fit. I called Wheels RV service to call tech back to put my lock on old door into the new door. 2 hours later, it was finally done. It's better late than never, but this service department should be able to address new trailer warranty repairs faster than this. I will not use them for future repairs out of warranty. read more

I've owned 12 rvs. The only problems are always in the service department, really. Wheelsrv will take your breath away! They not only fix your rv, it find things that need repairing g, accommodate you in any way they can, give you an in house extended warrantee and customer service beyond belief. My second trip to Wheels for service on my 2022 GD Reflection 337. Another success story. Timely service with an appointment.... I wish I had purchased my trailer here.... I had to have warranty work done at the GD dealer in Alma... (poor quality work, trailer left for service for weeks at a time with an appointment.) I had Wheels pack my wheel bearings and service my roof last trip... in and out in a couple of days.... And a fresh wash included! Experienced an electrical issue ( second time). The other dealer said all was fine. Wheels found the issue and got us fixed up in a week.... Great customer service.... They treat you with respect.... Quality work with good communication!! I bought a 2021 Grand Design Reflection from Wheels RV in Springdale AR. The Norcold 1210 fridge didn't work at the time of acceptance. They worked on it several times and got it to working on and off. It's been a year now and it still don't work. sometimes the fridge cools and sometimes it don't. Had a Mobil RV maintenance guy look at it and he knew it was the cooling unit right away. Said he had seen several of them with a floating blockage. Now I'm out of warranty and I have $4500.00 fridge that still don't work. My cost to fix is going to be well over $3,000.00. Im retired military and unable to pay for such repair. Things don't always go the way they're supposed to. That being said, it's not what happened that should define a result rather the reaction to the mishap. Things couldn't have gone more sideways than our Memorial Day fiasco. Planned it out for months, went to take off and it was one crazy thing after the other. The associates at Wheels bent over backwards...literally, to make sure our weekend was burden free and perfect. Sure, the experience wasn't ideal, but like I said above it's the reaction to a situation that makes the difference. Once again Wheels RV and Junior Cordero get a 5 Star rating from us! We were headed out of town on a Saturday, stopped for fuel and toilet wouldn't stop filling up. No shut off. I called and Junior tried to tell me how to shut if off, I ask if I could bring it in. He had us on the road in no time! We will definitely bring our RV back to him for a new toilet and water pump when we get home. Wouldn't trust anyone else with our RV! read more

Honestly, I would not recommend this company. Unless you need a spot to hold your vehicle because they will. I called to make an appointment they were a month out which I booked. I dropped off our RV which needed the yearly overhaul. I called after 1 week and they had not touched it. I asked them to please keep me updated because we booked a trip and needed our RV. Another week later and the same run-around. Long story short 3.4 weeks later we have the RV it only needed a fuse replaced and the black water tank cleaned. This is for the Sales Department. Very dissatisfied with the owner (Heath) and finance (Caroline). I was in the works of trying to put a deal together on a unit. They pulled my credit once and then twice and when they were submitting to the bank for approval they did not tell me the bank was going to have to pull my credit again. I was very specific from the beginning that I want to watch how many inquires were on my credit. Even though I was approved they still if they would have simply communicated that it was going to be pulled again. The finance manager said, "I assumed" you knew. Additionally, There were some repairs that needed to be done and when they completed the repairs it was not done correctly and looked shoddy. I asked for a quote to have it done correctly. I called and texted the owner Heath back and no response at all. However I did receive an email the next day (no phone call) to say that he sold it to someone yesterday. Also, there was not even an I'm sorry and an offer to possibly help me find another unit that would suit my needs. For that reason, I would not recommend this dealership based on service and communication. They were very nice in the beginning but as soon as someone else comes along they pressure you and the communications broke down. I would stay away, FAR away. read more

Do not have ANY service work done without a written quote for all work you want done. They WILL take advantage of you and over charge you. I'll take some blame as I was vague when I asked them to check seals, but they spent 2 hours ($240) checking seals (there are only a few). They asked if I wanted my wheel bearings packed, I said if they need it. They didn't need it but I was still charged $120 for inspection. They also left my camper a mess. Muddy foot prints throughout and pots, pans, towels, utensils, etc. that were removed to check on a leak, were left strung out all over the camper. I strongly recommend you find a different company to service your camper. read more
