I made the mistake of buying a car from Carvana (worst experience ever). When it showed up it had…read morea lot of cosmetic damage including scratches, swirls, areas where the clearcoat had been buffed through, and a ton of spots that looked like the car sat under a berry tree for a year. It was low mileage and great mechanically, so I did not want to lose the $2200 in delivery fees returning it. I took it to Toledos, had Cesar look it over and he tested a couple different methods on small spots to see what would work (without charging me). I had full confidence that he could at least make it decent looking, but I was blown away by the difference! What started as dread and regret for my purchase became a vehicle I was happy to drive around in. Of course there were a few spots that nothing could fix, but I think he got 95% or more looking like new. The before pics are at the end (would not let me change them around), but you can see if is an amazing transformation. I started trying to clean it myself and quickly realized it was way more than I could handle -- especially with everything else going on. I've been bringing my truck to them for years for ceramic coating and annual detailing, and they've always done outstanding work. Still, I called them while I was in a pretty raw place emotionally and told them the situation. Their response was simple: "Bring it on over. We'll take care of it." They did a fantastic job, as always. But when I went to pay, the woman at the counter stopped me and said, "We just lost our 15-year-old shop dog. We understand exactly where you are. We want to do this for you -- no charge." I was speechless. That kind of compassion is rare. It's the same level of care they put into every vehicle that comes through their doors. Their customer service, communication, and timeliness were excellent. Last but not least their work alone speaks for their quality. I was kept in the loop in regards to insurance progress through e-mail/text and their work was finished before the estimated time frame. Matt was available to assist me any time I had any questions and was willing to work with the insurance company as well. I posted a few pictures of the before and after. I had recently had the entire car repainted and buffed out. Their body work and paint job fits seamlessly and is blended perfectly. My 350z looks like new. I don't think I can recommend them enough.
