Bill was a little over $21.00 for two of us, both had the same thing, did not include a drink, we both had water.

Service was good, food was bland, and I would say mediocre at best. No flavor, sausage gray tasted like it was a packaged mix with dehydrated sausage in it. Denver omelet had WAY too much onion and sparsely had green peppers, but there was a lot of cheese. Best tasting item was the toast. Disappointed after seeing it was rated 4.6, must have been friends that gave that rating.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. The interior dining area is limited, so call ahead for a spot! But once there you can look at the historic local photographs on the walls, appreciate the ornate metal ceiling, and watch the chef prepare the amazing crepes via a well positioned mirror over the cooking surface. The crepes, whether savory or dessert, never disappoint. There are many wonderful fresh ground coffees to choose from, their aroma greet you as you come in the front door. But my favorite experience at Landmark is to dine outside on the beautiful, secluded patio. We usually go for a crepe, but this time I had the Wagyu beef meatloaf sandwich. Juicy and delicious! And I never stop in without getting the spinach bisque (you can get a cup, but I always get a bowl). It is so rich and creamy and exactly as I remember it from, well, back in the day. Highly recommend!

The are known for their savory quiche and crepes as well as their delicious ice cream filled dessert crepes, ordering the Spinach Bisque is a MUST! While a cup may be fine for some, I always insist on a bowl of the creamy, buttery bisque. Recently for lunch, I chose their Wagyu Meatloaf Sandwich, paired with spicy ketchup, provolone and crispy onion strings on a grilled artisan white bun. The side of Mayo aoli is a great topping too! Sitting inside and watching the chefs prepare the crepes is a delight, but a beautiful afternoon calls for a relaxing meal on their ivy lined patio! It is so cute and gives such great small town peaceful vibes. Highly recommend; but you may need to call ahead for reservations.

It looked promising when we walked in and the decor was so cute with license plates and stoplights. It looked promising when the wait staff were very nice and delivered an extensive menu. That's where promising ended. I ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara, a dinner salad and a side of cottage cheese. Pretty simple, right? The waitress asked what I wanted on the salad??? I said hard boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumber, whatever vegetables they had. She sort of shook her head as if she did not know what veggies they had. I ordered a side of blue cheese dressing. Mother in law ordered a grilled chicken salad. Mozzarella sticks took 25 minutes? I actually had to leave to get our laundry caus we were waiting so long. Came back to lukewarm NASTY mozzarella sticks that we did not finish. The marinara was underwhelming and warmer than the cheese sticks. Gross. Then we wait another 10-15 minutes wondering where the heck our simple salads are. The staff would not make eye contact. We kept looking for someone who would check our order and gave up. Finally after 45 min of waiting we get our "salads" YUCK. Mine we the tiniest bowl of white / pale green iceberg lettuce. A piece of white onion. A small plastic container of dressing sat on top of the sad lettuce. THAT WAS IT. Where are the vegetables I asked for? I look at the salad my MIL got and THERE was my hard boiled egg. There were the chopped vegetables. Luckily she offered to share her egg and vegetables with me. My salad was NASTY. She did not like hers, it was covered in melted cheese. Only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the waitresses were very nice. It wasn't their fault the kitchen staff can't make salad.

The service and food arrival was lighting fast, which is a tell tale sign of poor food. The omelet we got was swimming in grease/oil. It was mostly cheese and had very little else. The petite Sea Kist oysters from Rhode Island were very good as were the Pleasant Cove oysters from Maine. We had the Connecticut style lobster rolls ( butter instead of mayonnaise salad style.) The fried clams were also very tasty. I liked the briny taste of the Rhode Island oysters slightly more than the Maine ones. Lobster rolls were only $34 which was quite reasonable. All in all, our dinner including Column Like I See 'Em' American lager from White Oak Brewing in Normal, Illinois came to about $82 each including tip. The sourdough bread and butter were exceptionally good as was the hamachi crudo with coconut milk and flavored herbal oil. The lamb appetizer was perfectly cooked although I'd have traded in the pomegranate molasses component for something not as sweet. I ordered the ribeye with beef tallow fries. Both were very flavorful although a little heavy on salt. My companion ordered the sea bass, which was very very good and we wound up splitting a slice of a fruit tart (also excellent). I'm taking a star off for heavy-handed salting but I'd definitely go back. The place definitely has ambience and is located on historic Rte 66. Nice town too

Bucky even brought out two glasses of Sauternes to help celebrate the occasion and made my GF's heart melt. every staff that touched the table was so nice and personable. thanks again for the amazing night!! couldn't of been better!!!

The bacon was super nice, the mustard on the burger was ridiculously yummy. Did I mention those confit potatoes? Haha yeah I did, they were, off the chain, a dill garnish and some orange aioli that set it off!! The inside although we didn't spend much time inside was super cute, and has that riverfront done well vibe! A place you want to be in! This would have been 5 stars BUT The 18$ Bloody Mary! This was a TRAVESTY! It reads so well on paper....... Then you get it, it was the most flaccid Bloody Mary I have EVER had! It was basically a tomato juice and possibly maybe somewhere in there was any hint of some vodka, not the vodka that it advertised. The weak ass 4 little tiny pieces of prosciutto and cheese was a sad excuse for the oversold garnish. If the food wasn't as good as it was, this place would have gotten a 3 stars for overall. Note to the owner: Please revamp this ASAP! There's a huge culture behind a solid Bloody Mary and it's not hard to perfect one. It needs spice and life and it was just sad. Ok back to the review... GO HERE! If like me, you are looking for good food.... This is the spot! About me: I am a fresh transplant from Arizona, particularly the southwest, we're there's a Bloody Mary or Chelada, or a huge selection of hot sauce in almost every place you can eat.
