Didn't have a working fridge for over 9 weeks because of these shameless scammers! Never refunded my money. Ghosted me and ignored all calls and messages (see below for a few). I plan to sue them them as well as report them to all county/state govt resources. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS AT ALL COST. -- Your rep dropped off my fridge's computer board yesterday 3/19, 5 weeks after you pulled it on 2/14 to send it for repair. You did not send the board for repair as you had misrepresented multiple times in writing, but instead intentionally, maliciously, and negligently held onto it. I have paid you $1296 since your first visit on 1/12 for "repair" of my fridge that's been dead since then, and you have clearly failed to provide those repair services. I hereby demand a refund of $1296 no later than 3/22/24 5pm, before I pursue any/all legal remedies at my disposal both against Lightning Appliances and Cooling LLC and against you and Robert personally due to your intentional malicious negligent actions and your personal liability for them; such remedies including but not limited to the cost of repairs performed by a more honest & competent vendor, repair of the custom cabinetry damaged by your rep, and the pain/suffering my family and I have experienced living without this fridge for the past 9 weeks, largely due to your negligence. -- When Robert rang my doorbell just now, I expected him to hand me a check for a full refund of the $1296 that I have paid you for your non-repair of my fridge. But instead, he tried to justify and cover up for him/your intentional, malicious, and negligent actions, having intentionally kept my computer board in your possession from 2/14 thru 3/19. Today he claimed that he did actually send out the board for repair - but could not say when; then he changed his story and said "someone was holding on to it". On 3/19 he told me that he/you did not actually send the board to the repair vendor as an intentional act of retribution! Both those conversations are recorded. Your text message on 2/21 assured me that it "was sent already" and that was also a shameful misrepresentation and further evidence of your negligence. Again, you have charged me $1296 for repair services that you have failed to provide and have also damaged me beyond that due to your intentional, malicious, and negligent behavior, as I've previously advised you. They were careful to protect my floors while transferring the old equipment and installing the new units. They were on time, polite and worked through the oppressive heat and air pollution we experienced today. I was especially pleased that they solved a few cosmetic details that I had concerns about. They were quick to get back to us with the estimate and then scheduled the work as soon as they got the unit. I would highly recommend calling Tempco for your HV/AC needs.

This didn't fix the problem. it won't blow cold air on hot days. They came back once, told us it was fixed. It wasn't. A year later, still not fixed. Fact - they claim the service is good for one year - they came to the house once and never fixed the problem. They were contacted numerous times. They never proposed a solution. They will not answer the phone, zero customer service, zero warranty , obviously they DO NOT stand by their work nor do they care about customer satisfaction. Additionally the very sensitive receptionist - so watch what you say. Don't complain or be disappointed after spending $4,600 and your AC is no better than the day before they serviced your unit. Sandy created crakes in the slab floor. Eventually the water /canal made its way into the basement with each high tide. Spoke with Tim from Mako who agreed with my husband that a French drain sump pump in the low corner would do the trick. To be honest I was terrified to do this, someone long ago convinced me never to break that slab. We had Tim install the new Sump Pump method & we have been bone dry ever since.
