Use the system or don't. It is very confusing to the customer. This was very inconvenient and based on the interaction I'm sure that they do not see the issue here. Disappointed in the customer service

The checkin process was painless. Once I found it. I thought I knew where the ER was which was near the entrance I needed to take. I ended up on the other side of the hospital because I never saw a sign for the ER. Why are there no signs on the highway nearby or the main entrance to the hospital for the Emergency Room?! If they're there, why aren't they more noticeable?!

I was a bit desperate because I was lethargic, congested, miserable, unable to breath normal, and I had that feeling of "infection." Certified nurse practitioner Juditt Cruz to the rescue! She agreed I most likely had an infection. Most likely a sinus infection because that's been a thing in my past. After being tested with the * lovely * long Q-tips up both of my nostrils and one to the back of my throat, everything else tested negative. After a steroid to basically my buttocks (not the hip like she said!), Z-Pak (azithromycin), and the recommendation to take Cetirizine (Zyrtec) for the next two weeks, I felt amazingly better. Ms. Cruz had wonderful bedside manner. From now on I would not hesitate to see her if my usual doctor cannot. Her very young nursing assistant sent me for a good laugh soon after administering the aforementioned steroid shot into my 44-year-old soft tissue... I exaggerate a bit, but this assistant delivered the following semi back door compliment, "I hope I look as good as you when I'm that old." Baaaaahahahaha...

With the hopes of qualifying as a candidate for Invisalign, I managed an appoint on December 30, 2025. At first it started off rocky with the receptionist, but I filled out the hard copy of paperwork AGAIN that I already did on the Smile Doctor app. I guess the two entities do not communicate with each other. My treatment coordinator, Anne, delivered amazing professionalism and patience. Dr. Sperry was great. Also very professional and explained everything well for me. I laughed when my next representative told me I had to wait until my next appointment for the scanner since I have an iPhone 17. My top teeth in particular are not super crooked, but definitely not straight either. I'm just finally taking the time to improve them. I hope the entire process goes as great as this appointment did. Clean ortho areas and restroom. Ample parking out front.

When my daughter and I walked in, we were immediately greeted by a very nice young lady. The crew was getting their shop ready for their Pink Friday Sale in which one of the owners stated they will have amazing deals and twice the inventory. I'm so coming back for that tomorrow! Afterglow is super unique to Hobbs as they offer the following: + lingerie + skincare products + certified bra fitters + Official Devoted Creations Five Star Diamond Salon + tanning beds + spray tan room + red light therapy bed + loungewear + jewelry + sunglasses & much more! So far i've only picked up a stocking stuffer for one of my daughters - a 7-pack of the smaller MakeUp Erasers ($25), but I see myself purchasing and loving so much from this shop. Plus they offer gift certificates! Follow them on Instagram (I love their content): @afterglow_nm Big love to this women-owned small business!

Their Thrifty Boutique is located on Turner Street five blocks from the police station. When another donation drop-off center had a sign on their door that they were no longer accepting donations for 2022, I decided to see if Sheri's was available. Prior to this day, I had never been there. The ladies who were working here on 12/9/2022 when I dropped off donations were welcoming and friendly. Most of the items are women's and children's clothes and shoes, but I saw jewelry, girls' hair bows, and a plethora of other items. From now on, I most likely will be bringing my items worth donating to Sheri's - especially after reading about Sheri and her mother's efforts to change law enforcement mindset about victims of domestic violence. Under no circumstances should anyone - female or male - be a victim of domestic abuse! Please help make others aware of this tragic nonsense by donating & encouraging others to donate to Sheri's.
