While I was seated at her desk, she answered phone calls, and the same behavior continued while ordering my glasses. She also kept getting up and walking away throughout the process. Then they try to tell you the safety glasses are going to cost you an additional $76 because they only give certain amount off to U.S. Cotton. Lucky we didn't like that and left but then got stuck with the inflated cost of an exam. Contacted U.S. Cotton and they were very upset at this. There is not suppose to be a fee to the employee for safety glasses. Found out after they are not even suppose to be on the list because some how they managed to get on the Walmart optometrist list. They were promptly removed so this would not happen to any future employee's. They tell you $70 for eye exam. Then they add Covid-19 testing fee's to it. Tried to add a couple others that were refused. You were not allowed to refuse the fee for the Covid-19 test. Then a simply eye glass exam is now $99.15 tax included.
