The vibe of the salon is very upscale, luxurious with foot baths lining the walls on both sides and Double counters for manicures. It's very clean with calming music playing. Hanna did dip powder on my nails (first time I ever got this done) and she was so patient and thorough with the whole process. I came in with gel polish on my nails already, and she was patient in removing the gel to not damage my natural nails. Then, she found the perfect shade to match the one the producers of the movie wanted. The part that required the most patience was the shaping of the dip powder after it set, as well as her mending a cracked nail under the dip powder. Her precision and care were top of the line. This is the best manicure I've gotten in so many years! 10/10 experience, and they allow you to tip on the kiosk, so no cash needed (such a relief!!!!)

The woman who did my nails clearly did not know how to use the gel builder products and was taking instruction from the woman next to her the entire time. My french tips ended up being very uneven and not very smooth. It was all in all not terrible but after having the nails for less than a week I noticed they were already lifting in the way edges! I have had my nails done a multitude of times and many of my sets have stayed on for 3-5 weeks or sometimes longer. For what I paid for the service I would not recommend it nor would I choose to return.
