Sat here for well over an hour in the pedicure chair with 0 communication that it would take this long just to be seen just put there and forgotten about. Water was freezing cold by the time they got to my mother and I. Not sure if it was the owner or just the lady in charge but she had a nasty attitude with her employees. Seems like everyone was just taking their sweet time in no rush to get anything done. Would not recommend unless you had forever and a day. Place itself was nice and decently clean. Arrived at 2:28pm No one attended to me till 3:40pm Service ended at 4:10pm Not one word said or a single apology made

I got here to got a pedi because it's so close home and so close to the border. They have a lot of technicians and they set you up right away, they also have hair services and waxing (face only). The girls are so nice and work really good and are very careful when taking care of your feet, they offered coffee, water or tea....I would add wine but maybe next time. The price is excellent $400MXN pesos for a pedi around $25USD and the girl also gave me a great foot massage Coming back for sure

Tina did my pedicure and one of the younger guys did my manicure while she was doing my pedicure. (Both gel) total time took about 20 minutes. It was really nice to be able to relax and be pampered. They had cold water available for me to drink too. The temperature of the water in the pedicure station was perfect. Everything was very clean too. My mom had her nails done by I believe Amanda. She had a full acrylic set done with a butterfly design. The girl did such a wonderful job! Everyone again was super friendly, talkative and helped make our experience relaxing. It did not smell like some of the nail places I've walked into with an over powering aroma of nail chemicals it smelt clean and was obviously well kept. I 100% will be back in a few weeks and recommend this place to everyone!

This time was a HORRIBLE experience I got Karen and she acted like she didn't want to even be there she RUSHED through it the whole thing was pitiful not even worth the money I paid for it didn't get a message the water was cold at the beginning had to tell her to warm it up then she made an excuse not to use one of the tools for the calluses I was not friendly at all it's too bad because I'll NEVER RETURN NOT WORTH IT!! I owned a Salon for 30 years and if she was working for me, she'd be fired. I've done Hair, Nails, Pedicures and waxing so I know the steps that are suppose to be done and she rushed because she didn't care! I gave it one star only because I had to.
