She has plenty of signs up that say to not be on your phone while waiting, and if you must need to use your phone, go into the back room she has provided. $11 for the eyebrow threading and she offers other services.

Within just a day and a half, I noticed the polish had faded significantly, it appeared spotty, lighter, and uneven. I called and spoke to Reina, who informed me that your policy only allows free fixes for chipped polish, not for quality of product issues such as color fading. I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, but Reina said there was no high authority, only a receptionist. She then told me she had to leave, and that someone else "willing not to charge" would help me. She told me to come in and the receptionist would figure it out. I was also told that my original nail technician, Laura, declined to fix the issue due to concerns the same thing would happen again repeatedly due to the defective nail polish. I asked if I could switch to a different polish of a similar color, and Reina said that was acceptable over the phone. However, when I arrived and spoke with Lani and Julie (the receptionist), there was no other option other than that I had to use the same defective polish or pay \$25 for a "color change." I explained that I didn't want a new color, only a working version of the original shade using a non-defective polish, but was still told I would need to pay. Again, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told there was none. Three nail techs asked why don't I just change the color, and I told them Lani said I'd be charged. Lena, my go to nail technician, kindly offered to help me at no charge. However, Julie approached her and repeatedly insisted she should charge me, saying it would be "on her" if she didn't. I have been a loyal customer for almost two years and have recommended your salon to family and friends. Unfortunately, I have found the receptionist staff to consistently be rude and unprofessional--both toward clients and their own nail technicians. It is concerning to see receptionists eating, talking about personal life and lounging while costumers are around, and to experience such poor customer service repeatedly. I value my nail technician and the quality of her work, but the reception staff's behavior and lack of professional conduct have significantly diminished the overall experience. I hope this issue is reviewed by someone in a position of authority and that appropriate action is taken to improve staff training, especially regarding customer service and conflict resolution. I would like to speak to a higher authority.

So what I did find was absolutely charming and I was thoroughly impressed with how well they conduct business in such a small spot. The ambiance of the place is so girly and perfect for a girls day! It's got pink colors and eye lash logos and splashes of gold and all that jazz. It was a bit pf a let down that there was only one station for pedis at this location since I was hoping I can sit next to my bestie and talk while we got our stuff done. Eventually, i was done with my pedi first and we both got our acrylics going at the same time next to each other. Speaking of which, one of the only reasons I even wanted to finally try acrylics for the first time was their irresistible April special: size 2 acrylics one color and gel pedi one color for only $80! Even though I never got acrylics and never knew how much those usually go for, i already knew it was a steal for BOTH. Absolutely FELT FABULOUS!! We were also able to make the acrylics ombre for only $5 more! I am hooked!

Well, this just continues to go downhill. *1st appointment…read more(12/30/25), so excited/nervous, after searching and debating for over a year, but I did it. I was so excited to see that I had brows again. Walked out very pleased. *2nd appointment-follow up (1/27/26) I had a bald spot on the left brow, Ana did her thing and away I went. *3rd appointment (3/5/26) Back in again, I was under the impression after the follow up all would be wonderful. After healing (again) it doesn't look like the touch up from the 2nd appointment was even done. Not at all blended like the right brow. Another touch up to that area on the left...but she was rough on me this time. My brow area hurt for about 3 days and after healing is a lot darker than the right brow. I waited longer this time to see the outcome from this one. *4th appointment (5/12/26) Same brow, same bald spot, I am truly disappointed and angry that I have to travel all the way up there for something that should have been done right after the follow up. Michelle returned my call, made the appointment and told me there wouldn't be a charge ($320.00) per Ana. A Charge! If it was done right the first time and a check at follow up, I wouldn't be here a 4th time. At the appointment, it felt like she couldn't wait to get me out of there. She addressed the issue and I also told her my brows didn't match and the left was further away from the nose. She measured center nose said they were fine (felt like she was questioning me), but I wanted a few strokes to even them out. They still don't look the same- they both look okay, but not the same. I will be curious to see how they look in a week or two. After dropping $620.00 plus a tip after the first session, I am $700.00 into something that is totally disappointing. I almost got them tattooed instead of microblading. Guess I picked wrong. I never got a bad tattoo-always perfect and cost a lot less. This is an art; a passion and people wear this on their face every day. I will NEVER return to Ana Square, I will not recommend her and look forward to finding someone else to do my touchups in the future. If she does 3 brow appointments a day (just brows, not including her other services) she grosses approximately $1,860.00 a day/$37,200.00 a month. Insane amount of money for a piss poor job. I will post my final pictures after they are totally healed...promised.
