The whole massage was amazing and Jorge was so kind and extremely professional, I've never had a massage performed by a man and being a woman I felt so relaxed and enjoyed the service because he made me feel comfortable and was courteous and professional. When I returned, I was scheduled with a different injector which I was not happy about. I'm told there was no remaining half product left and no record of that agreement or from Jennifer. She spoke with Jennifer (who wasn't in the office), and then told me Jennifer denied any remaining product was left and denied the conversation due to the whole product was used. After speaking with her manager, I was told "there's nothing we can do" and that I'd hear from Jennifer the following Monday. I was not about to argue with the injector that was not there present during our discussion. It's now been a couple of days--no call, no follow-up from Jennifer, or her manager. This level of disregard is unacceptable, especially considering the cost of service and the expectation of professional service. I felt dismissed, misled, and ignored as a customer. Leads me to believe they are using the product for themselves and scammed me. I will not be returning to Azul Medspa and cannot recommend their services to anyone looking for consistent, honest, or customer-centered care.

I went here with a GROUPON…read more I bought the luxury facial groupon for $39 which has a $80 value and which is supposed to last 75 minutes (according to the groupon). On Vitality Medspa's website the 'luxury facial' with the value of $80 is described (see pictures). It's supposed to include not only a cleanse, exfoliation and a mask but also extractions, a scalp/neck/shoulder massage, and more. My issue is: what was promised was not provided. I went in for the extractions but got none. I pointed this out at the end of the treatment, after the skin therapist said that he was done. I was surprised because the therapist mentioned extractions in the beginning of the session and I was sort of waiting for that (I don't care too much about products being put on my face - that's not what I came for). But I was told that he made an assessment and extractions would just make my skin worse. I was surprised that he didn't discuss his decision with me, but okay. Something else I noticed was that I went in at the same time as another lady (who never had a facial either and was willing to try one with a groupon). We both were out an hour later. She went into the room just before me, and when I came out she was already out in the reception area. So the treatment did not last 75 minutes. Later on I remembered that I was told to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. But those 15 minutes should not be counted as spa time, of course. After the treatment, I started looking on yelp and saw Jenelle's review. That made me realize I also did not get the scalp/neck/shoulder massage, towels around the arms, etc. This together with what I described above made me realize that the company does business this way. They offer a price for a service, but then they don't deliver. And sure it was relaxing and the guy who gave me the treatment is good at what he does. Maybe this company thinks that if I am impressed with the therapists techniques and friendliness of staff that I will come back to get the non-groupon (more expensive) treatments. But that's not what I came for. And so it was not a good experience, I feel scammed, and I won't be back.

She used hot towels on my back, feet and neck it really took the massage to the next level. They offer memberships which I am totally getting to commit to myself the care we need to do. It was clean, but not unlike most nail salons, the dust is thick on surfaces and it could benefit from a deep cleaning. The negatives: I will preface this by saying I may be spoiled by my nail salon on the east side of El Paso who performs my manicure and pedicure one at the time, not simultaneously, and assigns one person to each task, not multiple people who take turns completing various steps for the manicure. I thought this was normal procedure for a mani and pedi, but this is not what I experienced at Nail Studio despite me having an appointment for both services. My pedicure would have been relaxing and enjoyable except for the multiple people performing various steps in my manicure at the same time as my pedicure that kept interrupting my relaxation to perform their tasks. While I was sitting in the pedicure chair trying to enjoy my pedicure, three different techs worked on my manicure. Making my pedicure and manicure experience even less enjoyable, instead of standing on my left side to work on my left hand and on my right side for my right hand, they asked me to contort my left arm across my body so they could reach my left hand from my right side. Having to contort my left arm across my body so the manicurist standing on my right side can perform the services is not only not relaxing, but painful. If they must perform the mani while the client is sitting in the pedi chair, my suggestion for ensuring the client's comfort is to stand on the same side of the chair as the hand they are working on. Not ironically, the manicurist even commented that I needed to relax my hand while he worked on my nails. Really? Relaxing wasn't possible. As a service provider, you need to read the client. If your client is tense while you perform their manicure, ask what you may be doing to make them tense. Just to give you an idea what my experience was like, imagine you are a professional race car who stops in the pit mid race for a tire change. 5 or 6 mechanics race to change your tires, oil, and replenish your gas so they can get you back on the track in 1 minute. That's what I felt like. Rushed. Just a body sitting there being worked on as quickly as possible. I will not get another manicure and pedicure here u less they perform them non simultaneously.
