Honestly, the next day I feel a bit sore, like I had an intense workout the day prior. The day after that though, I feel amazing. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back. The 1st time I went, they kept asking if I was okay but I think I had such severe knots that it felt like I was tensing. It was once described to me as my muscles felt like it was "cracking" from the massage. I work a lot with very long hours. If I start to feel like my back is hurting too much, I make an appointment and I am good for a while. I would like to try and go regularly so I don't even get to the point of being in extreme pain. Their online appointment system is also really easy to use. I've never had a problem getting a time slot that worked for me, even the day of. I'm flexible with whomever does my massage but if it's an issue for you, make sure to confirm first. My only con with this place is that sometimes the person doing my massage does not speak English very well, but as long as I let them know as soon as I arrive, someone will translate my message for me. Also, the price cannot be beat. I've been to a few massage places in El Paso that were 2-3 times the price of this place and nobody has been able to get out all the knots and tension like this place can.

I received a locker that contained a robe and sandals, which I used in exchange for my personal items for safekeeping. Next, I headed to the relaxation room, which was dimly lit and had a soothing ambiance. In this room, there was a beverage station offering water, teas, and snacks, including my favorite--chocolate-covered almonds and trail mix. After spending some time there, I was called in for my first service: a holistic manicure. Amber was my technician, and she was both wonderful and attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the manicure experience, and my nails looked fantastic. After the manicure, I returned to the relaxation room to wait for my massage. I have no words to express how great the massage was. My therapist walked me to the treatment room and gave me the privacy to get settled on the massage table. Climbing into the warm bed--complete with a heated blanket--felt amazing. Before I knew it, my hour was up. The experience was so incredible that it definitely left me wanting another session. Overall, my experience exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return. Well worth the splurge!

First please know they will charge whomever you gift the card to a deposit that they must pay when they schedule their appointment. They will redeem but why should someone have to pay a deposit to use a gift? (It is half of what the services cost) I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I to use our gift cards and they ended up canceling because the day of the appointment it snowed for 45 min in El Paso so they shut down for the day. An appointment I had to leave a $250 deposit for. Have I been offered anything in return for the inconvenience to include maybe an appointment without a deposit this time since I had to wait to get reimburse last time for an appointment they cancelled. They walked me in 5 minutes later and I got the massage with Jorge we had a small talk just to confirm the service and specifics of the massage and he stepped out for me to get ready for the massage. The room was candle lit and with some very relaxing music and birds sounds. The whole massage was amazing and Jorge was so kind and extremely professional, I've never had a massage performed by a man and being a woman I felt so relaxed and enjoyed the service because he made me feel comfortable and was courteous and professional. He was asking questions making sure he was delivering the right pressure and was feeling good for me. At the end they gave me a water and I was extremely pleased. I definitely want to come back to try the other type of massages they offered.

You cannot cancel unless you move 25 miles away ( and I imagine they'd want a water bill, or something to prove you moved), you get a letter from the dr saying massages are not recommended. I asked about financial issues and what happens if you're no longer able to pay, would that result in a cancellation? NOPE.
