The instructor then insisted that we needed, "a doctor's release" but even then only able to take the owner's evening class. A good teacher should know variations for different body types and conditions. Ananda's obvious pregnancy bias is no way to spread yoga or conduct business. Be wary yoga teachers with such a gap in knowledge/practice.
