I love this place. If you're looking for a relaxing massage where all they do is rub your back…read moreuntil you fall asleep, this is not it. Honestly, the next day I feel a bit sore, like I had an intense workout the day prior. The day after that though, I feel amazing. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back. The 1st time I went, they kept asking if I was okay but I think I had such severe knots that it felt like I was tensing. It was once described to me as my muscles felt like it was "cracking" from the massage. I work a lot with very long hours. If I start to feel like my back is hurting too much, I make an appointment and I am good for a while. I would like to try and go regularly so I don't even get to the point of being in extreme pain. Their online appointment system is also really easy to use. I've never had a problem getting a time slot that worked for me, even the day of. I'm flexible with whomever does my massage but if it's an issue for you, make sure to confirm first. My only con with this place is that sometimes the person doing my massage does not speak English very well, but as long as I let them know as soon as I arrive, someone will translate my message for me. Also, the price cannot be beat. I've been to a few massage places in El Paso that were 2-3 times the price of this place and nobody has been able to get out all the knots and tension like this place can.

The reason I went here is because of the reviews. Also, I was recommended. As I walked in the Owner I believe Julie was very nice. Very kind person. I explained to them that I had a health condition and that I needed a certain type of massage. They were very helpful. They were very kind. The person I got was so soft and gentle. She was so helpful and she asked me several times if I was OK. They made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. I must say the room inside it was very beautiful the lighting the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. I will be coming back here again.

I visited Massage Bliss Wellness Spa recently and wanted to share an honest review. The area is…read moredifficult to get in and out of right now because of all the construction on Airway, but the visit itself was worth the trouble. The spa stays open late, which I really appreciated, and the prices are very good for the quality. My therapist was nice and followed my instructions exactly. He focused on the specific pain points in my legs after a busy weekend of events, and I did feel real relief afterward. I always try to be honest, so I do want to mention one thing. They advertised specials online and over the phone, and I was told I might receive some extras like hot stones or hot towels. I did not receive any of those, so the service ended up being a regular massage with no added features. I think the therapist may be new and just wasn't aware of the specials. Overall, the massage itself was good, the staff was polite, and the spa is clean and professional. I would return for the focused work on pain areas, but I hope the communication about specials becomes more consistent.

It's only because I'm used to a hard Asian massage by old Asian women that leave you crossed the next day. The massage here is a lot of pressing more than massaging but definitely relaxing. I appreciated the time and care put into the session, especially considering I booked on short notice. If you're looking for a place to relax and treat yourself, I highly recommend giving them a try. There is also $2 off if you use cash only which is always a plus in my books! Their business is only expanding too since they just extended their suite to the next one over that used to be a Sallys. Sorry Sally lol. But Happy Feet is quite a lot more satisfying than a deal on nail polish lol. What sucks sometimes is how limited they have massage therapists so i have learned i should call ahead to make sure i set up an appointment now instead of just waltzing in expecting to get to it. Walk ins are always welcomed of course but since im always in a hurry on errands while trying to fit in a relaxation sesh, i needa make sure i get it done timely. Also since its a growing business with limited staff, sometimes my therapist is the only one who can answer the phone while massaging my feet. So annoying when that happens but about 90% of the time, it doesnt happen that way. Meh. Other than that, im quite happy to pamper my feet for 60 mins and only 32$. Just gotta be open minded to their technique of using paper towels for their face rests! Its odd but still works!
