I had a much needed massage by Griselda. I asked for a deep tissue. She went deep in the right spot. It was not painful because she knew what she was doing. My hour massage was a FULL hour not 10 minutes of talking and "consulting" and 50 minutes of massage. BUT a full 60 minutes of hands on. She used hot towels on my back, feet and neck it really took the massage to the next level. They offer memberships which I am totally getting to commit to myself the care we need to do. The girl i had, Letty, she was able to work out about 99% of my knots in my shoulders and neck. I was pretty messed up after the week so i knew she had a lot to work out which she did a great job at. My problem though was how they interpret the whole body massage part. I know i stressed out that my main focus was the neck/shoulders area, apparently that meant about 30 mins of the 60 mins only on that area. And the rest of the body was barely tapped. Especially my feet. She probably went over that area 2 times only and that was it. Nothing in between the toes or much pressure even. It was odd. That goes the same for other parts too like my head and hands. I was pretty let down. And my husband said the girl (Castillo was the last name) did basically the same routine as mine, 30 mins or more just in the neck shoulders back, and barely touched his feet and head. He said he didnt even specify any main focus areas. He still thought she did good tho for his tensed muscles at least but just as disappointed as i was for the feet and what not.
