I used to suffer from dry patches when I would wear foundation. Now, I don't have that issue as long as I use the face cream as my primer. I told Lizette my problem areas and she began terrorizing me, I kept telling her what she was doing was way to hard, I kept jumping and complaining and she kept saying I had to take the "therapy" she was giving. After about five minutes I stated getting up and told her I was leaving. When she saw I was serious she said she would give me a different type of relaxing massage. It was the same movements she had tried before but somewhat tolerable. She was done in about 30 minutes and then covered me and told me to relax.

I asked about membership cancellation. This is where it made me raise an eyebrow and pass on their services. You cannot cancel unless you move 25 miles away ( and I imagine they'd want a water bill, or something to prove you moved), you get a letter from the dr saying massages are not recommended. I asked about financial issues and what happens if you're no longer able to pay, would that result in a cancellation? NOPE. Your account would be frozen (something you'd have to request) and when you're rich again, you pay again. This right here is such a shady business tactic. They basically tie you into a contract you have virtually no way out of, and it should be illegal. If I no longer want your services, then I should be able to walk away and not worry you'll come after me for non-payment. I would recommend finding a privately owned massage place and forgo this company or their services.
