She then recommended we stop at Mattress Shop an talk to Reggie who stocks king size. So happy we did! Reggie is personable, funny and very knowledgeable about mattresses. After telling him what we were seeking we were directed to two Serta's that he had IN STOCK and the mattress and box spring tags were dated 11/21/2019 and everything was sealed in plastic. We went with a great pillow top and the whole set was $1282.00 with delivery which he said if we had stopped in earlier he could have done the same day! Unheard of in this area. We had our set delivered the next day (day before Thanksgiving) and the men brought the set and frame up to our third floor villa, set everything up and took away our old queen set. Reggie had sent the king frame just in case our current frame didn't expand to king, which it didn't and he included it for free. This all took about 30 minutes! Tip these delivery guys too, they really hustle and are very careful about what they do. This is a locally owned business so if your in the market for a mattress make it your first stop! My wife and I put off shopping for a mattress because we hadn't done it so long we didn't know what to expect. But the discomfort was becoming really disruptive so the time came to bite the bullet. Our first visit was to Sleep Number. The slick production of the space was dazzling. The sales staff was efficient and well scripted. The price was astronomical and the product seemed especially gimmicky. We were so discouraged we put off shopping for another 2-3 months. FINALLY, my wife convinced me to try this new place she'd heard something about called "No-Bull" mattress. Sounded interesting so off we went. Turns out "No-Bull" is a new business occupying floor space in an existing furniture store. We stopped in on a Sunday close to closing time. The owners were there and seemed authentically thrilled to meet us. Not weirdly eager but honestly friendly. They explained the product, compared models and prices. We explained our problem and they pointed us in a direction we were very happy with. They price was great, the sales experience was delightful and we made the purchase. Delivery was a breeze and their guys were quick, efficient and polite. Then we settled in to try out the mattresses. Regrettably, the showroom experience and what was delivered didn't really match. We tried to deal but neither of us were especially happy. We called the shop and the owner asked us, "what can I do to make you happy?" We told him and he simply did it. Got on the phone on a Saturday and chased down product and set up delivery. The new mattresses arrived and immediately we noticed an issue. We took some pics and sent them over. We really didn't know how this would go down because they don't carry inventory. Well, the owner called AGAIN and asked what he could do to make us happy. We told him new solution and he agreed. Now, he called and left a message at 9am. I called back at 430PM. We gave him our solution and he had a mother mattress delivered by 530PM. Brand new with the plastic still on. I have never been as surprised and delighted by such exceptional customer service in my life. I wanna by new mattresses for the whole house to give them the business. No-Bull is a rare human experience in a world driven by disconnected self service. I heartily recommend this business. I wanted a new mattress with up-to-date technology. There are a wide variety of brands and comfort levels. He knows mattresses!! Will's only objective is to make sure you'll be very happy with the comfort of the mattress you bought for many years after making your initial purchase. I could have purchased a KingsDown mattress that 5 star hotels use for only $800 but I settled on the AirLoom brand which although a lesser known brand than Beauty Rest or Sealy is bought by past USA presidents and other famous heads of state throughout the world. The mattress is almost too pretty to cover lol but of course I have the SLEEP TITE PRIME* terry mattress protector which will protect the mattress without changing the feel and guaranteed for 15 years by this company when purchased on the same receipt as the mattress.
