There is also a great consignment store above their showroom, Savannah Furniture Consignment. So many great finds!

You walk in and you are in an air conditioned tiny room with some furniture, and then you have to walk into a massive warehouse that is absolutely not air conditioned to get to the workers and other furniture. It was at least 10 degrees hotter in here than it was outside and it's the middle of a Georgia summer. When we walked in the main warehouse there were 2 dudes sitting there talking to each other and never greeted us when we walked in. The proceeded to stare at my friend's butts as they continued talking and not acknowledging us. They thought I didn't see..... One guy did offer to help as my friends were already looking through furniture on their little computer and ended up not being helpful at all. My friend decided to just leave and look at her furniture on her personal computer so it's not so awkward and she can just help herself. Decent furniture, not decent people.

However, Steven the representative that assisted me did everything in his power to try and make this a great experience, he was polite expressed a lot of care and understanding of the situation and the purchase experience. Steven did a great job. The delivery team that actually was able to get onto the military base and deliver my mattress, yesterday they were extremely professional efficient and polite. They provided me updates all the way along the way, even as they approached Hunter army airfield, that delivery team should be the delivery team that is utilized anytime a military or service member purchases a mattress that lives on a military base. Mattress firm, things to improve begin with the proper vetting of your delivery process , it is unacceptable that after four failed attempts to deliver my order that there were apparently other resources that were available that were never bought to the forefront until the end. Although you outsource your deliveries to a third party, their incompetence undermines your mission statement and your credibility of being a upstanding business. Once again, thank you to Stephen(the representative who assisted me) and the delivery team (Andrew Benjamin) that was responsible for actually completing my delivery.
