The next day they called to apologize and said they were so busy they forgot and it slipped their minds and then again told me the delivery window which was a 4 hour window. The delivery drivers called 3 hours before scheduled time and I had no one there, then it was like playing phone tag with the store and drivers, they gave another time but didn't show up til hours later. Absolute shit show!
