Order was placed 11.13.2025 by our builder (over$8,000). On 12.02.25 both Livinggoods and Lowes has exact same refrigerator advertised for $100.00 less. I called and asked what is need for the price match guarantee. Was told it does not apply to builders however their website has a long list of "Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to" and nowhere does it list builders. Lucas serviced my dishwasher that had stopped working. He was very detailed oriented and thorough in fixing the issue and provided tips on how I can get better performance from my machine. I am new to the area, he helped to educate me on the water type and precautions to take in my other appliances that use water. He was conscientious in cleaning up any mess from the repair. Friendly and personable, especially considering that I was the last stop of the day, it was late and he had had a long day. Very pleased. read more

20 cu.ft. upright freezer and extended warranty...~$1200 1 1/2 year old freezer stopped cooling in July 2024. First service visit had us empty the freezer so that a seal could be replaced inside of it. Did not fix the problem. Ended up having to purchase a smaller chest freezer to salvage as much food as possible while we waited for livingoods service to come back out. Second service visit the technician ordered several hundred dollars worth of parts. Did not fix the problem. He suggested that the compressor needed to be replaced. We waited almost another month for that part to arrive. Third service visit the technician arrives to install the compressor and realizes that one of the coolant lines inside the unit had corroded through and leaked all of the coolant out...which perfectly explains why the freezer wouldn't cool. We asked why this problem wasn't found earlier. The technician explained to us that he is one of the only one's that works for livingoods that is qualified to work on refrigerant appliances (freezers) because he is one of a few with the required license to do so. He explains that the freezer is not repairable. Factory warranty expired but the extended warranty has several years left on it. They offered us $370 store credit as compensation for the $1200 freezer/warranty that we purchased. Explaining that $370 is the price of replacing the freezer minus the cost of parts and service that had already been done to it. The same parts and service that cost me hundreds of dollars and accomplished NOTHING! So basically, they ripped us off several hundred dollars. New Leaf Warranty verified that livingoods has charged me for parts that were never installed. Approximately $400 worth of parts that livingoods has submitted as a claim with New Leaf as being installed on my inoperative freezer, + labor, were never installed and the service was never performed. And now the rude service manager refuses to return any calls to New Leaf or myself. All very disappointing. Surprisingly disappointing lack of support from livingoods. read more

If it was possible to give this company zero stars, I would. I purchased a GE Profile double oven range. I wanted an induction, and I thought I purchased the induction, but they delivered a range with a radiant range. Once they installed it, I recognized that it was not an induction, and they said if I did not accept it it would be another 3 to 6 months-the typical gotcha. I should have sent it back, but because I thought I was dealing with a reputable company, I assumed that we could come to an alternative situation. The delivery person even documented it on the paperwork-but when I tried to address it with Livingoods, I got the cold shoulder. The range continued to have issues, oven not working, turning off unexpectedly (during holiday cooking). The service people came out, changed out two electronic components and still we had problems. They came out 5 times (and only documented four). At the end of the first year warranty they referred me to GE. I contacted GE, and they had no history of the multiple problems from Livingoods, and requested that a GE service repairman come out. I agreed. The repairman came out, said it was working as intended and now I have no further recourse with Livingoods or GE. How convenient. Bottom line- If you think about purchasing from a local merchant don't choose Livingoods, and if you do and need service, call the manufacturer and report the problem first. read more

As a property manager with many units, I will ONLY use Livinggoods. Not only do they match other prices, their customer service is excellent. They always deliver on time and that is critical with trying to balance a client's schedule. I love the tracking device they have on the portal. Via text, I can see exactly when they will be there. This is a life saving item as I am usually have to be present at a property for deliver. read more

We had two visits to this store, one one their grand opening day and again on Nov. 19 2018. We were prepared to buy a washer and dryer based on the prices we viewed on the first visit The price was $30.00 higher on each piece on our second visit, and I had called and talked to the manager 3 days prior to verify the price....and she verified the lower price and the sale would be on until end of month. The salesmen didn't know the price, and the owner came over and said in a condescending tone, that ok I will give it to you at the lower price. Then continued to say that those prices were never that low .....ever. So essentially called me and my wife liars. I got angry because of his crappy attitude, and told him I'll go to Lowe's or Home Depot....he said go ahead...as I left I called him an asshole. New dishwasher failed a month after installation. Service tech couldn't come out until 7 days later. Had to wait 6 more weeks! for parts. I'm not happy with the slow service. read more

I purchased a dishwasher from Livinggood's in RIdgeland. The salesperson was great. They delivered and installed on my schedule. I compared prices with Lowes and Home Depot and prices were about the same on the item I wanted. The big difference was they had it in stock. When they came out to deliver the dishwasher, they were great. I love my new dishwasher! read more

Purchased a gas range and was told the range would arrive on a certain day. Salesman stated he would call me by noon, as I was going to pick it up and install. Hadn't heard from anyone by 2:30 so I called the salesman. He said let me check the warehouse and call you back. He eventually did and said the range didn't ship, and in fact it's back ordered and would not deliver for several weeks. I demanded my money back. We bought this under the promise we would get it on a certain day as we needed it right away. Salesman was not knowledgeable on much of anything with the stores products, etc. Very disappointed in this store and it's Salespeople. read more
