Our experience with Davidson Property Management was awful…read more We had them rent our house for us after we moved from the area. We replaced all of the carpet prior to our renters moving in, we had the entire house professionally painted and everything was in perfect working order. Our tenants moved out in March 2021 and the move out pictures Laura sent us were horrible, blurry you couldn't tell anything from them. She tells us we need to replace a few light bulbs and one slat of one blind and everything else is great. She does this and refunds the renters their deposit! We put the house on the market to sell, our agent said we may have an issue because the house is not in great shape but it's a sellers market so we will see what happens. We finally get the pictures from the inspection done by the buyers and the house is horrible. The carpet is ruined (after only 3 years), the renters dogs have destroyed the baseboards as well as the back door. The back yard was dug up and destroyed by their dogs. There were so many other things but bottom line is never use them! They will only care about their 10% and not your house.

She pays a lot of money for rent and put down a huge deposit she's been cleaning walls cleaning cabinets cleaning floors it's ridiculous she has 2 children and one has asthma and has really bad allergies so to put him in this predicament has been very Unpredictable they don't understand that when you have a child with these kind of needs it can be dangerous putting a child in this environment the problem IS they promised that the carpets would be clean and the house would be clean there was mouse poop all around the house there was no carpet cleaner there even Stanley steamer said that these carpets had not been cleaned manager supposedly came over and looked at the property and okay'd the cleaning. That it not true. it was filthy dirty I'm not sure how they could have cleaned it since the Wednesday before they moved in Friday the guy was actually still living in it.... That is impossible... It has been very frustrating trying to deal with this and not getting responses or getting negative responses from these people I can see why they have a low rating on every other website I have seen.

At one point they even found a house that had every single item on my "checklist", BUT, it still didn't feel right to me. When I rejected it they didn't even blink an eye, just hit the trail again! Truly, there's no stress or pressure when they are at the helm, and we never felt like we were on a 'pushy used car lot' when we spoke with them, unlike other realtors we met. The other company received the other two. Unfortunately, I was promised a great deal of management and was very annoyed when Signature Realty didn't hold their end of the bargain. We agreed on inspections...none performed. We agreed on photos...didn't receive not one. They were so pleased on how they pick out tenants, it was their main selling point, unfortunately, I had to spend thousands on both properties after each tenant departed and one tenant departed without notice. When I asked who was in charge, they gave me to the manager and not the broker, stated he was on vacation one week and didn't have time for me the next. When speaking to the manager, it sounded like the right hand had no idea of what the left hand was doing, unorganized, unprofessional, and they do not keep promises. They do not live up to their so called standards, they just want you to sign the papers while they sit on your property.
