Every time I turn around I find out more instances where I was lied to and if I could, I would take them to court. For when you are buying a home you need to have trust. They are smooth talkers and have done a lot of business in this town but when the foundation is built on lies...well need I say more. The other thing that I find very interesting is that they themselves don't own a home here. I checked the property records. When I meet them they were renting. They are obviously still renting just making a tidy profit selling. But not willing to really any skin in the game. The real estate industry here is full of the good olde boys and girls. If you try to sell your home without one of them they don't want to show it to a client (they tag team and only sell within their own groups) I had that happen when I asked about a home which was for sale by owner, he refused to show it to me. I reget I didn't pursue it on my own. Another thing that happens if one of their group is not interested your home might sit for a year. I was also told that homes could not be architecturally changed (which is not necessarily so). There is HARB part of the city you go talk with them about historic homes. But they knew that. Didn't share the info. I was told they asked the neighbors about purchasing additional square feet on their adjoining property (neighbors never had that conversation with anyone). The seller's relator never showed up even at closing. My relator had a friend who worked for the builder. I saaid I didn't Ike the reviews oof the builder. I was told not to worry. I was lied to. I could go on and on. My advice find a company in Jacksonville.

We had a horrible experience with Noah Bailey when we recently sold our home in Madeira, St…read more Augustine. He encouraged us to sign a home sale contingency agreement. We were reluctant but he told us, and I quote: "If their home doesn't sell by May 21st it's over." He did not stand by his word. Their property did not close until May 29th, the day of our home's closing. Noah was initially supportive of us when we told him on May 24th that we were not continuing our moving process because the home sale contingency was not satisfied. He then did a complete 180 on May 26th and told us the buyers would seek legal intervention if we did not close as scheduled and that we had to close on May 29th. He should have supported us, as he said he would, and negotiated some extra time for us to vacate the property. We were forced to move out on Memorial Day, May 27th, to accommodate the buyers. Because we could not reinstate the U-Haul truck rental we had cancelled (U-Haul was closed on Memorial Day) we ended up having to give away over $2500 of our belongings including 6 large mosaic planters, a beautiful $1200 concrete fountain and all of our kitchen, laundry, cleaning and bathroom supplies. Noah's reaction was "Oh. Wow." He offered us no compensation or credit at closing for what we were forced to leave behind because of his ineptitude. We found him to be weak and ineffective with zero negotiating skills. In the end it appeared that the one and only thing he wanted was for the closing to take place whenever the buyers' home sold, even though the agreement of sale was null and void because they did not satisfy their contingency on the date stipulated in the contract. This ordeal was a nightmare for us with zero support from our realtor. Noah Bailey may be okay with a run-of-the-mill closing, but with anything more complicated he is not competent. This is a 100% truthful and honest assessment of our experience with Noah Bailey. Any reaction to the contrary is totally untrue. Sellers beware.
