UPDATE: 12/12/2024 - Excitement customer service did an EXCELLENT job resolving the issue. Puffco…read moredid not respond in their own window of service, and Excitement offered to replace the product and even verified that it was working/charging so I just dropped it off and headed on my way. I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either. Backround: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. The product would not charge. This was demonstrable in less than a minute, but I apparently had to send a video to the manufacturer for them to pay attention and I still haven't heard back from them.

Weekends they always have a sale on carts and pre-rolls. I spend around $60 dollars each time for what I normally get. Service is cool. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I think that their security personnel are selective with who they are kind with. If you are gay, there is a very obvious type of energy you pick up. My thing is: Comfort. When I walk into an establishment where I am spending my money, even if I pick up on the slightest sense of unconscious biases, I wont go there anymore. Businesses need to understand that it's the smallest things that can affect their numbers. Stop hiring security companies based on either your personal friends with the owner of the company, or the contracted price. Hire quality. I personally won't be returning there for that very reason. Shop with intention. Dont spend money where you are only tolerated and not accepted. Time is money, and money is time.
