Hansel and Gretel is a wonderful children's story that has been passed down from generation to generation for close to two centuries. In this particular case I'd like to reverse the story and make the two lost children the owners of the house made out of candy far from their native home. The children have only one motive, and that is to make the best candy so that each person who takes a piece of their home with them returns again with open arms for more. Their personal goal as a business is fair play with absolutely no favoritism. However, the children being so naive to this foreign land are completely unaware that potentially a wicked form of evil will leave a trail of breadcrumbs leading right to their doorstep with the full intention of throwing them in their own oven and setting the temperature to YELP! Personally, I am a cautious individual that wears rear view mirrors on my shoulders when staking out a new vapor lounge. Zoola is close to my home, but that makes no difference to the most important impression which of course is the first one! When I first sat down I was greeted by two incredibly hospitable individuals that welcomed me into their store, similar to the way I feel when I am invited into a friend's dwelling. They offered me a cold beverage as I sat at their beautiful bar and invited me to try so many varieties of juices I was overwhelmed. I didn't feel like I was being sold, but more along the lines that they wanted to get to know me on a personal level with making me feel at home as their first priority. While I went from flavor to flavor, like a kid eating the roof top of a candy home, the owners seemed more interested in my personal needs than making a quick buck off a very excitable boy. Their approach was so outgoing, sincere and genuine that I ended up staying two hours and have returned quite often since that day; even if just to vape and chat. Personally, the way I am treated and catered to as an individual is as important as the flavors I am itching to get my lips on! As far as their atmosphere, Zoola is enormous with a lot of room to spread your wings. There are a few different sections to the lounge which include a full length bar, a high top table that can seat almost a dozen, two couches with a game center and even bean bags and a comfy rug in the way back to crash on if you just want to relax and take some personal time to yourself. To boot, they play a wide variety of music that gives their surroundings a positive jolt when I head right to where I feel most comfortable - the bar! I highly recommend Zoola and encourage every individual who vapes to experience for themselves a new store that is as addicting as the nicotine we ultimately go there seeking to continue on our journey to stay smoke free. read more

It's hard to even know where to start. I'll try to address it all. Owners/Staff: 2 nicest individuals on the planet. They are sweet. They are super knowledgable. They genuinely want you to purchase products that you will enjoy and will make you happy. They aren't pushy at all, but will help guide you towards what they think will be the right fit. I can ask any and all questions and I've never once felt stupid. Environment: This place will feel welcoming to ANYONE. It's clean, it's organized(thanks to Shahar), it's very big, and has everything for everyone. Couch? Check. TV's? Check. Clean bathroom? Check. Beanbag chairs? Check. Tasting bar with plenty of room? Check. Build station for the rebuildable crowd? Check. Such a well thought out shop. Merchandise: Doesn't matter what your needs are, they have it. Just starting? They've got a huge selection of starter kits. Mech mods out the wazoo. More box mods than you could ever ask for. All the quality Tanks, RDA's and RTA's. Wire, Cotton, Batteries, Chargers, Ohm Meters, screw drivers and cases. Everything. Down to ceramic tweezers. They have it. Juice: Great selection of premiums that is ever expanding. Plus a house line that is super fun. You start with a 50/50 blend of pg/vg and choose your nicotine level and then from there get to choose 6 flavor shots. You literally craft your own juice flavor. Cherry tobacco, peach margarita, grape energy drink, the combinations are endless. Or keep it simple and get 6 shots of a single flavor. Can't go wrong with that! Tasting: I doubt you'll ever see a juice tasting bar like this. Every flavor is in nautilus tanks for you to screw on to an ELeaf iStick and taste. You can literally sit there and try every flavor they have. It's crazy. Plus every flavor(Premium or House) is available to try in your RDA if you're a dripper. Other highlights: Off street parking. Awesome hours. Free Wifi. A water cooler for staying hydrated. Pretzels for a pallet cleanser between tasting flavors. Buying your first RDA? No problem. Hey everyone! Im very excited to post a review about this brand new shop in the area. It's Called Zoola Vapor. The first thing I noticed about the location before entering the shop is that it is in a great location with plenty of safe parking. The signage for the shop was just right making it easy to find. Upon entering the shop I was greeted by Shahar and Shlomi. These two really understand what it means to have great customer service. The shop itself is beautiful. Plenty of space. A warm atmosphere. Well displayed and organized product and an amazing vape bar. Everything to their display of house juices and top shelf liquid from across the country was perfect. It makes you feel like your at a very fancy bar in the city. The bar itself is well lit and very clean. The design of the space is very modern and upscale. The shop has lots of flatscreen tv's and plenty of places to sit and relax! The bar stools are awesome. They have comfy couches and even over sized bean bag chairs. One of the coolest parts of the shop is the ability to make your very own flavored juice which is dispensed from bottles that perfect measures out 6 shots of juice which fills a nice 30 ml bottle perfectly. Each house flavor on its own is unique, top quality and for the price you cant beat it. It brings you in as a participant in creating your new favorite flavor. :) The selection of Vape gear is fantastic with great prices. I purchased my first Box mod and Atlantis tank today not only because I wanted it but because the service was so darn good there I wanted to support them. I was offered a cold glass of water to drink, chocolate to taste with certain juices and snacks as well. I kinda feel that they have raised to bar on what I would want to see as far as service goes with a shop. I have never been offered a glass of water at a shop before and even though its just a cold glass of water, it made me feel welcome and special. A couple honest opinions about Zoola Vapor; The moment you walk in the store (either the front or back entrance), you're open to an amazing store with such a good vibe. The staff politely welcomes you to the store, no matter whether they know you or not, and is always happy to help you with whatever you're looking for. Looking around I noticed a whole bunch of juices in stock from websites and their own house juice. It is a little pricey to be honest, but what can you do about in store tax. Next you notice the shelf casings of coils, mods, batteries and unicorn bottles. Unfortunately my mod is a bit old and they didnt have what i was looking for since its not common (which i understand) but nonetheless they made my time at Zoola's very comfortable, easy to find, and in and out. 5/5 stars and definitely coming back for all my vaping needs/problems. P.S Highly recommend even though the drive may be far for some people, but compared to the other vape shops i've been at. you wont get an experience like this one!!! read more

The owner of Zoola Vape and Sean, an employee, both made my experiences at Zoola exceptional. Sean consistently made me feel welcome. The owner was the first to show me how to build a coil. He spent about half an hour teaching me. Then, Sean spent an hour teaching me again. And (this is getting embarrassing) Sean spent another hour with me when I bought my first mech mod, showing me a third time how to do something simple. I still can't build a coil. I've tried to learn from shops from Philly to Delray Beach, and no one can teach me. What's exceptional is the patience that Sean put forward in working with me. Buying mods in person is not the cheapest way to vape; but, people like Sean are worth the extra money. read more

I started off my vaping life going to adifferent shop, which I though was a pretty cool place. Now that I've started going to Zoola, I feel like I've found a new "home" for vaping. Everything from the incredible selection of equipment to juice selection to customer service is incredible! This is a very innovative shop because they have a modernized loungy feeling in the main section of the shop, which has a complete juice bar for taste testing both the house-made custom e-juice as well as the popular California brands. All in all this place is an awesome vape shop. They pretty much have everything you need from e-juice to atty's to mods and all other accessories you need. It has a lot of space with a juice bar right in the front. You can mix your own flavors to create a one of a kind e-juice. They have the largest selection out of all the vape shops I've been to and let me tell you I've definitely been to a few. Great customer service as well. The owners as well as the employees make you feel like you're right at home. Ever since I've been here I haven't gone to another shop, there's no need to. These people are great. We checked them out a couple of days before the grand opening. They were more than willing to answer all my questions and explained things in a manner that I easily understood. I am new to vaping, about 1 month in, and still learning. They have a wonderful selection of juices to try. There wasn't a flavor I didn't like. We returned for the grand opening, nice event. This was my first time here today and everything was A MAZE ZING they had sales that made mods and tanks and attys that I only dreamed of getting affordable for a college student with low income like me! Zoola is a favorite shop of mine. I have been going to this shop for 2 years. The tasting bar is great. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. Sean S. is one of the best. Two years ago he took the time and patients to teach me how to build coils and properly use my device. I have been going here for a few years. The "why" is in the service, juice, selection of mods and supplies and affordable prices. When I come in the first thing I do is look over what mods, tanks and drips they have in stock. Although, everyone there has great customer service I always look for Sean. I work near Zoola Vapor and even though there's a smoke shop across the corner from my house, I wait until I am in Glenside and drive to Willow Grove to buy my kratom. They carry my favorite brand, Lipht (that the owner introduced me to) and he is always very friendly and helpful when I am being indecisive. I don't vape (I only buy my kratom here) but they have a huge selection of vaping products if that is what you're looking for.
