I stopped by this Vap Shop when in Doylestown to learn more about Vap products in general and the gentleman running the store, who turned out to be the manager, was incredibly helpful. A bit distant at first, the manager (whose name, unfortunately I have forgotten, my apologies) warmed up quickly when he realized that I just wanted information. I suppose a lot of people go into the store giving him a hard time. What this kind man did, in addition to explain Vap products and devices, was save my electronics! He gave me a lesson on battery usage and what type of plug or usb cube to use when charging. Vaping is not my thing, but if it's your thing, this is your place. Have been there a few times. 3 out of the 4 times I've been there...there's a "be back in 5 minutes." Sit in my car for over 15 minutes. Today...my hubby was sitting in front of the store while I was at another store. He saw a woman walk in...and the employee put up the sign..locked the door...and again I sat in my car for 15 minutes. Wtf? I left and went to their competition. Better prices on juice anyway. Will not be back. read more

I've used Niquid brand e-liquid for years and had it shipped to me directly from Niquid, but companies can no longer ship direct to consumer any more. So I reached out to Local Vapor and they took my order and had it shipped to them within days of my phone call. Great customer service! read more

They are so knowledgeable in everything vape, I highly recommend this shop, I got a whole lesson I wasn't expecting but I loved it all amazing information to know. I walked in with a juul I wasn't happy with the performance and cost of refills and I walked out with and amazing piece that rips perfect, great battery life, and better flavors that will save me money too. We have been going to the Local Vapor for about 4 months now and we love it. Their prices are fair and the staff there is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We have had wonderful experiences with customer service consistently; they have gone above and beyond. In fact a couple of weeks ago, we realized late they closed early on sundays. We called in route and Robert actually kept the store open for us since we were in a pinch. It's so rare to have a customer service experience like that and because of him, we will only buy our products from the Local vapor now. read more

This is by far the best shop in bucks! I've been to several, but will only go back to the local. The customer service is top notch, and they will never turn you down, or make you feel like you don't know what you are doing. The friendly staff at the local, well, I just can't say enough about them! Their juice selection is only the best! A wide range of mods for everyone from beginner to cloud chasers! I can't say enough about these guys! Never in a million years did I think I would be tabbaco free, but these guys took the time to figure out what would work for me, let me sample every single juice till I found the one. they have gone down hill lately. they hardly have anything in stock anymore. I bought a coil yesterday and it didn't work. this morning I returned it and the man behind the counter asked me " what am I supposed to do about it". I told him I want to exchange it for another one. then he told me he would give me this one but that would be it, he can't keep giving these things out. well I've never returned anything here before so I don't know what that meant, and he wasn't "giving" me anything, I had allready over paid for the first one. this is one store I won't be going back too, I almost felt like he was threatening me. read more

The most beautiful B&M I've been to yet. Visited The Local Vapor today and was extremely surprised to walk into an atmosphere where the elegance and professionalism is almost tangible, something missing from the vapor stores in my area. The gentleman who was working the counter (should have asked for his name in retrospect) was extremely knowledgeable in equipment, juice, and current events taking place in the vaping world. If the term "over-qualified" was applicable when it comes to the staff of a Vapor B&M, these guys are most definitely over-qualified in respects that their knowledge transcends the difficulty of most questions customers can ask. Since I am a complete vaping nerd, in-depth conversation about current events taking the vaping industry took place and more than satiated my desire for such conversation, he even emailed me an article so that I could continue to keep up with the industry even after I went home. The selection of juice may be a bit short of what other B&Ms can offer, although it's quality over quantity here. Instead of having 1,000 mediocre juices, they strive to have 300 top quality, mouth watering flavors that completely negate any need for a larger selection. Even as I was sampling the multitude of incredible flavors, I saw aforementioned gentleman displaying very patient and informative customer service to a customer who seemed to have little knowledge of his equipment, and offered incredibly considerate flexibility when it came to a customer desiring a nicotine strength that they didn't have in stock. I could go on for days about this place, but if you're gonna take something from this, just remember that I live 25 minutes away from The Local Vapor and this is my new go-to when many other closer options are available.
